We enjoyed our stay a lot. People at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and amenities our liking. Beds were comfortable. Social events with diner and drinks are a feature that is so good to have when one just checked in. Last but not least, location is great.

I recently stayed here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view that added to the charm. The amenities, including the pool and business center, were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!

Such a great stay, our rooms were up to par and their complimentary breakfast and social hour exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and it felt more like you were staying at a hotel with friends because of how friendly their staff is here! I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. IHG group has done a phenomenal job with their hotels. We have stayed at IHG hotels from downtown Sacramento to Europe (France/Italy). IHG will always be a top choice for us. With gratitude.

Lots of great things to say about this property, some of which; very clean, quiet and inviting. Bedding and pillows are the best. Complimentary breakfast is great, and there’s plenty of close by places to eat, drink and shop. This is a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly and and helpful.

Couple of things I wish they would improve;

WiFi is terrible in evenings and weekends. Be prepared to use your own WiFi hotspot.

The sofas aren’t comfortable to sit on. They’re sleepers and probably aren’t comfortable to sleep on either.

Other than that I’d still recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, which set a positive tone for my entire visit.

The hotel itself is stunning, with immaculate cleanliness that truly impressed me. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet. There was a fantastic variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty—definitely a great way to start the day!

Overall, my experience from start to finish was fantastic. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and outstanding service, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

This is a very pleasant stay as we were there to relax, and the room cleanliness was great. The staffs was very professionally friendly. The location is very convenient for us and the laundry amenities are convenient and clean. The food varieties were good and if there was more choices like provide yogurt would be a plus.

The staff was so accommodating it was a pleasant experience. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location for us to visit family and explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel can be amazing, however it does have room for improvements. One of our biggest issues was the water was shut off and we weren’t given a warning about it until it was already turned off. So no showers, handwashing, or even the toilet could be used. Another topic that needs improvement, was housekeeping. I understand when hotels want to lower water usage so they don’t change out the bed sheets or towels every day. But our bed was never made, our trash only got taken out because I had to actually ask them to take it, or I just took it out myself. Our coffee bags were never replaced, I always had to ask the front desk for them.

The breakfast in the morning was great! My toddler loves being able to look at everything and choose what she wanted for the day.
