Alan Berg made our buying experience very easy. We were able to negotiate a fair price and take the truck home the same day. Alan took the time to explain how everything on the truck works and answered all our questions. He even personally picked the truck up from us a couple days later to have running boards installed. I needed an oil change and drove in.I was greeted at the service dept told its about an hour so I went to say hello to Tina in sales and before I knew it the oil change was completed. They recommended a transmission service so I scheduled that to be completed the following week. While at the cashiers office the cashier asked if I use my GM Rewards and I said yes and she looked up my rewards and helped me apply them towards my service. Steve's Chevrolet is such a nice dealer to go to. I am very confident in the service I get.

Alex was the best!! Would give more stars if I could. Now a days it's hard to find honest and kind people at dealerships. I love the way he handles his clients. Super friendly and personable. I had a rough week because my old car recently had issues but he made the process so easy. We were in and out of there within 2 hours! By far the best experience and was so helpful and knowledgeable. My dad will be going back to him soon for his car!
