Took a one hour bowl class and came by another day when a lot of the artists were selling items they made.

Notables:
- Easy street parking in front and surrounding neighborhoods
- Friendly staff
- Community environment (everyone seemed to know each other a bit and open to offering advice etc.
- My instructor was very helpful and pretty chill

Drawbacks:
- You'll want to register for another class... and then another.
- You may start thinking you can make anything
- All of your time will be consumed making pottery and every gift your friends and family receive for the next few years will be something you made for them.

Hahah, all joking aside - it's a nice and clean studio, with helpful staff, events, classes, and generally easy parking.

Went in for the 1-hour Bowl in One class and had a great experience. The instructor was very nice and took time to help everyone in the class. For a first experience using a wheel, she provided a lot of helpful direction and aid. Looking forward to getting my bowl in a few weeks!

In A Nutshell:

-Still Life offers an immersive auditory experience that will add to you self-care arsenal.
-If you haven't been to a soundbath I highly suggest trying one out especially at a place that has an excellent practicioner that exemplifies kindness, compassion, imagination & professionalism.
-Letisha will put you in very relaxed meditative state using various instruments.
-I felt like I was transported deep into my mind, away from stress & worry.
-The studio is intimate w/ a select number of VIP mats (thicker, more comfy) & regular mats (5mm yoga mats).
-Bring your fave soft item from home to snuggle with.
-Free water & very clean bathrooms are available.

Overall, the journey will take around 1.5 hours & its okay to fall asleep & snore, but when you wake up you will feel rejuvinated & refreshed!

Took a private ceramics class for a friend’s birthday party on a Sunday around 5pm with a group of 9. You could email them to make a reservation. It cost $70/person. There’s metered parking available on the block. Note that it takes about 2-3 weeks before your glazed wares are ready. As we were all beginners, we made bowls. There are hooks on the side for your purses/coats to hang.

Come with closed toed shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty (although the clay washes out fairly easily). You shouldn’t wear any jewelry and if you have longer hair, wear it tied up. You sit around the teacher and she takes you through the process step-by-step. She’ll also step in to assist if your bowl isn’t coming along correctly, though she was super encouraging and sweet throughout the entire hour long process.

There is a small shop in the front with professionally made wares. They offer weekly classes as well.
