Katie and her team are awesome! Great experience. They have the techniques and equipment to stretch your body in a way that's difficult to do by yourself. Crucial to stay limber to prevent injuries, and you feel amazing after a session with them. Highly recommend!

Love the place! Robert has been working on me for over 6 months. I had knee surgery 17years ago and lost a huge amount of range of motion. It has been improving slow and steady, along with greater flexibility everywhere else 🙂

Hurt so good is an understatement. Had another stretch with Emily who did an amazing job on my hamstrings. Don't underestimate her. She is small but strong. Knows what she is doing and gives a quality stretch. When she finishes, I always say I survived. 🙂

I signed up for free 30 min and on the end I felt like I am flying. Emily has great hands and I felt so relaxed and relieved. Definitely will sign up for once a week.

Very pleased with stretching treatments here as part of my wellness program. I tried the first free session then signed up for once weekly. It’s helped me recover from surgery, added to my physical therapy progress and I can feel the results. I appreciate the availability of sessions 7 days. I’ve tried some but not all the stretchers. Now I’m with Sean and I’m content.
