This darling art studio is in a tight location so that once you see it (when heading into Eureka Springs), it is likely you will have already passed it. Here's what you should do next:

Turn around! (Watch for the flags outside!) Go meet Jody Stephenson, the artist, and buy an original painting. She is a gifted painter, and her husband is a talented photographer. My sister and I turned around and this stop ended up being one of the highlights of our day! In fact, we went twice and both of us purchased paintings. What a wonderful way to remember a lovely trip every time you see the art ❤....the conversation, the quality of Jody's art and the thrill of finding pieces that fit perfectly in our homes. By the way, she wrapped them professionally to protect her work, which made for easy transport home.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Studio 62. We loved all the artwork and enjoyed talking to the husband and wife artist. Both are very gifted and talented. Good selection of paintings and photography.

Eureka Springs is filled with great artists, and this gallery is proof of that fact!! I was there several months ago, and stunned by the level of artistry displayed in the paintings, photographs, and unique musical instruments created by the incredibly sweet folks who own the gallery. You know how great artists are always portrayed as brusque and unpleasant? Not here!! You won't find better art in Eureka - - and that's saying something!! Sumptuous, spectacular work.
