Very friendly and knowledgeable service. There is very little to no wait time to get an appointment (as opposed to shops that give you an appointment 10 days after you call). They can get you in within a couple of days. They will do my tires, transmission fluid exchange and deal with an open recall in one day and drive me home to boot! Great place!

We just purchased our new Outback from them yesterday. Easiest car buying experience we’ve had to date. No pressure! Went above and beyond for us. Their 25 yr unlimited mile included warranty was the reason we came over larger dealerships with more vehicles and we don’t regret it. Ask for Matthew, trust me. Very knowledgeable. Service department instantly stops caring once they realize you’re in for warranty work. It’s really unfortunate that I find lazy mistakes done while servicing my car for unrelated issues. No excuses for using an excessive amount of rtv seal on my oil pan or installing my rear main seal crooked. Or a cross threaded bolt. Unacceptable.

They've very busy but they'll still got our broken company truck in diagnostic and fixed it I know I have to go pick it up as is already fixed but I got sent out town for work!, I apologize in advance I'll be picking up truck!! When back next week.

Ordered a part through the Ford parts center and found that they gave us the wrong part. Now they won't let us return it without charging us a $40 restocking fee. Left two messages with the manager Kelly and he has not responded to either. These people are unethical and I recommend that you go to Oakdale Ford instead

Subaru of Sonora gave me the best rate. That's why I chose them. Then Joe, my salesperson, treated me extremely well. He was kind on the phone, listened to my concerns, helped me at every turn. He was ready for me when I came in - didn't make me wait. The paperwork was quick. He took me out to the car and sat with me while he taught me about the Legacy. He was there for me even after I picked up my car. Then the finance guy was also very good. He didn't try to sell me on all the extras and warranties after I told him I wasn't interested in them. They actually delivered my car to my home on the Peninsula, about 150 miles away. 5 stars all around.
