I only went there for appetizers/drinks-Great service from Jess. She was super knowledgeable and ordered for us. The venue is beautiful. It has a mildly haunted vibe that I really enjoyed. Jess took us on a quick tour of the patio area and shared some of the history. The throne is incredible.
I've heard some mixed reviews over the years, but I didn't attend a wedding or brunch, or rent a room....

Hope they figure it out up there...such a cool place. Thank you

We had been looking forward to going back to Suncliff since our last visit in 2020. Our 2nd visit didn’t disappoint! David and Brenda are wonderful hosts. The setting takes you back in time and makes you forget the outside world. On both occasions we have felt at home, pampered and relaxed. The homemade breakfasts have been so good😋 Hope to be back soon 🎉

Attended a wedding here and was very impressed by the venue’s details, the friendly accommodating staff, the delicious food (I had a Surf & Turf!) and the Lake side location. Very much appreciated being able to have a raging bonfire and keep our dancefloor alive into the night! Such a spectacular day of celebration! Gorgeous Bridal Suite for my friend and her wedding party to get ready…Also, I stayed in the dorm annex, & my bed was so comfortable! Just bring an eye mask and earplugs;) A enthusiastic Thank you to the Suncliff Inn staff! (Note: Outdoor golden hour ceremony during the second week of October was absolutely beautiful!)

Beautiful sunset view. Great food wonderful staff. Courtney our server was so sweet and accommodating! The signature drinks were delicious and very affordable. |We only live 30 minutes away but would love to try the bed and breakfast. Feels like a romantic vacation spot.|Great job!

My wife and I just celebrated our wedding at Suncliff, we could not be happier with our experience in wedding reception venue selection. First and foremost, Brenda & Dave were beyond accommodating throughout the entire planning process, truly going above and beyond at every turn. Furthermore, the venue location itself is amazing. It provides a beautiful view over Lake Erie. The mansion itself is gorgeous and very well kept (while still maintaining it's historical significance and authenticity). Our guests were extremely well taken care of. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere, a good time was had by all. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan an event.

We booked Suncliff for our upcoming wedding and we couldn't be any happier finding a more accommodating venue! Brenda and her staff have all been fantastic since day 1 and the chef's cooking skills are superb! Beautiful view of the lake, beautiful scenery, beautiful building, beautiful everything!
