It was our first time at the casino. We got our players cards, the lady at the players club was very nice. We went to dinner, the good was very good and reasonably priced. Our waitress was also the bartender and I wish I had caught her name. She was great! Good personality, very attentive and a great worker. She was fast and friendly and made sure everything was just right.
Then we took our free points and played for a while and even walked out with a little money.
We will be back! Can't wait to try the prime rib 😋

The restaurant waitress were not friendly, they didn't say hi, how are you. They look like they were antisocial people just there to work. My wife and I went to other places where the waitress were very friendly. I won't eat here again. The food taste like reheated trays. Most of the casino machine looks very old, just a few new one's there. Free beverages are nice.

I love to go here for the restaurant to eat and I love to get their hot wings appetizer and they always have a good prime rib dinner so we got here for Thanksgiving dinner and they had a choice between turkey dinner or ham dinner but you can get the turkey dinner plus the ham With an extra $4 dollars and if you want pie it’s an extra $4 dollars, was excited for dinner and our waiter messed up our orders a few times so we had to re-correct her and she keeps messing up so once we were done with our dinner, she got our checks because we were with a couple of friends and they were paying their own so she even screwed that up too! We got charged three times on our bank account with different charges, and our friend was the same and my husband bank went into negatives due to her mess up and our friends at the same thing so the last time around the manager came out and she came out and fixed everything and we told her what happened and she told us that the girl was having a meltdown in the back, so maybe she should write these things down before doing it whatever she was doing, but the manager fixed it so we waited a couple days for our bank to clear up, but my husband got charged for overdraft fees and our friend had the same problem also but I’m kind of glad it cleared up and now we’re scared to go back due to that mistake happen so next time we’re gonna be over when our friend is working so make sure you double check your receipt before they charge you because you might be charged with a different total if you’re going in with a group of people.

This casino is the only place I go, that I can't even get ONE, NOT ONE, bonus for $100. And it's not just a one time thing. It's every time. I used to love coming here. But now, it's just donate and leave. Been like this for over a year already! Horrible place to gamble.

I went to an event at the Coloseum. Overall it was clean, the restrooms were good. The concession line took forever. The space seems small but there was lots of room.

Why say your holiday dinner first come first serve. There’s been several tables came in put name on list after us. We are table of 4 waiting. But hostesses are seating friends apparently first. No wonder this place going down hill. If wasn’t with my family I would told the hostesses exactly my thoughts.

Our service was very bad here. For one it took about 10 to be seated for a party of 3. Our food took so long and our waitress never checked on us. A party of 10 was seated as
soon as they walked in and their food was at the table in 15 minutes. Compared to our 45 min wait for food.
