This theater has a charming, cozy atmosphere! It is tiny, but they do a lot with what they've got. I've seen a couple of plays here and they were great! You can feel how passionate the owners and cast are. A great experience!

Sutter Street Theater is a tiny, intimate, old fashioned theater on the classic Sutter Street in Folsom. You will enjoy it if you can appreciate the original, sort of antique vibe. The "full bar" advertised on our ticket was a choice of white or red wine at the check in desk. And no paper ticket was provided, as there was an actual printed list of all guests, checked off as we arrived. We loved the show we saw. The acoustics were good and the show sounded great.

Our daughter is in love with theater. She has participated in two workshops, and she was lucky to audition and get a role in a couple of plays. I love all the shows and the people involved. It's always a wonderful experience.

Year and after year my family has visited this small, local theater for their Christmas performances. They have shown to put on a great show every year. The lead couple is personable and gives a lot of their time to making great shows. The intimate environment is unique. I'd highly recommended attending one of their year round shows.

A true treasure tucked in among the shops and bars on Sutter Street in Historic Folsom. Don't let the small size deter you if you can get tickets by all means do it! Attended opening night for "Holiday in the Hills" and really had a good time. Just right mix of comedy, reverence and pure joy. Honestly I enjoyed this more than some of the big splashy expensive shows at large venues.

I went to this Theatre for a Tony Award winning play called "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." It was remarkably true to its original showing on Broadway. All of the actors are volunteers and so, they are highly enthusiastic about their art. I was not expecting too much from a small theater company, but I was blown away by their professionalism and ability. I hope they will continue to be a fantastic theater company, and infuse Folsom with their art.

This is the second time I have seen a musical here. Great fun! Awesome job. The only issue are the seats, although padded they are hard as rock!

Had a fantastic time watching evil dead the musical! The owners are awesome people and the crowd was great as well. Beer and wine for sale on site. It's a small place but quite lovely. I'll be back for sure!
