Really impressed with swim labs. My son is Autistic and taking lessons to be safer around water. He has an extremely hard time with water on his face or head. Our instructor is fantastic and really knows how to comfort him when he is overestimulated but also continue to help him learn. I'm so thankful we are able to do these lessons and excited for my son to get all the benefits of swimming. The actual facility is extremely clean. I love being able to watch what he is doing but not being in eyesight where I could distract him. They have changing rooms and showers that were all very clean. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone needing swim lessons but specially anyone with a special needs child.

Nice facilities. However im not sure of the point. We have been going to swimlabs for sometime. Giving it every opportunity. Each week just seems to be the same a teacher in the pool with a group. Kids stand around then get a chance to practice something for a minute or two. Most of the half an hour is standing around in the pool. If there is something more to this program they have failed to deliver the message. We had to go to them about moving our daughter up to another level. As she was just doing the same thing each week. Our daughter could swim before we joined. We were looking to let her improve on something she loves to do. We finally cancelled and theu could of cared less. Lack of communication in my opinion. Which is possibly costing some growth opportunity. I would say it is not worth the price we paid for the time we were there.

I took my 6 year old to swim labs to improve his stoke/technique. He qualified for MOC (meet of champions) swimming on the El Dorado Hills Taz team. My son worked with Coach Brandon at swim labs in a group practice with one other swimmer. It was excellent. After the swimmers swam coach Brandon showed them a video of there swim and corrected their technique. My son was excited to go every day and was sad when the sessions were over. We went for a 1 week session. My son went to MOC to swim with the best swimmers in the greater Sacramento area and dropped almost 1 second off his best time, which put him with the 8th fastest time in the Sacramento area. I feel with Swim Labs and Coach Brandon’s help he was able to accomplish this feet and I really appreciate Coach Brandon’s help. I would recommend swim labs to anyone, from beginner to competitive swimmers.

Great experience with Swim Labs. All the coaches are great and patient with the kiddos. My son has special needs and they take amazing care of him. He was very hesitant to start swim and now he begs to go! I definitely recommend!

The staff are all very friendly, the facilities are clean and the technology available to be able to watch my kids while they had their lesson was awesome! My competitive swimmers really enjoyed the current to swim against as they practiced their strokes and did the assigned drills. By comparison to another swim school we took lessons with in the past, the separate pools and counter-current technology are far superior. Can’t say enough good things about SwimLabs!

I have been taking my kids to SwimLabs on/off for the past couple years - each time, the process is smooth & easy. The team is accommodating and willing to help - especially with little ones. I love every instructor we have had and will continue to take my kids here for their swim lessons!

Friendly staff, clean facility and knowledgeable coaches! The coaches and technology at SwimLabs are amazing. My son tried the team prep and liked it so much that he asked for more sessions. Having the visual to go with the coaches feedback/instructions really helped my son to understand what he needs to work on. It is unique and helpful for him to watch himself swim and discuss his form/strokes with the coaches. My son really enjoys it. We’re impressed!

My 3 yr old has been taking lessons with Josh for 1 month and half. We have tried other swim schools but usually its a setting where multiple lessons are taking place in a large pool. Because my son is so easily distracted, swim lab is a great fit for him, since the pools are separated if there are other lessons taking place.

The instructor has done an excellent job building rapport with my son. He loves and enjoys coming to Swim Labs.

The place is super clean and my younger son has a clean place to hang out and play with toys while i observe my older son learning to swim from their large television screens.

I recommend this place for quality instruction and great place for learning.
