Tanana Valley Fairgrounds, George Gasser Hall

Such a fun winter event to attend! There are multiple slides and they are all super fun. All ice sculptures are nicely crafted and you get a discount if you flew there with Alaska Airline!

Nice fair with lots of things to see. We went on family day, huge bounce house area, lots of food vendors and entertaining magic show. Kids also had horse ride and craft tent. Free parking close to gate and plenty of restrooms.

Fun fair times for the kiddos. And a few doozies you know to look for from an Alaskan fair. would definitely recommend this place.

Went there today for football to get out of the smoke. They were gracious enough to open a building for the youth football teams of Fairbanks. Thank you, Fair Staff

Tanana Valley Fairgrounds in Fairbanks Alaska is a very good place to come and get the last few days of summer months and outdoor activities that you are NoT so able to do once the weather turns colder which is VERY soon....great" let your hair down" one last time before school starts again.

It’s always fun to visit the fairgrounds. Lots tomato see and food to eat! We also visit it in the spring for the AKC May dog shows!
