Placed an order online for pickup, first Target advised me out if stock (after two hour processing) and referred me to this location. Switched order pickup to this location. When I arrived for pick up Target manager Lisa advised me that I would need to wait 3 hours as they may not have the product. It was verified that they did have the product, but was advised I would need to still stand there and wait 3 hours although I already waited the initial 2 hours for first Target and 2 hours for the switched location. 1 product which I had in hand ready to fulfill order, but still advised I had to wait. Absolutely zero customer service or appreciation. A waste of 5 hours of my evening when a initial, "within 2 hour pick up" was promised.

Nice, basic Target store. Really clean. One thing I don’t like is the sign boasting that new hires get $15 an hour. This is 2024 who can live off that? Good for shopping not good for working at.

Gabi in the makeup department was not helpful at all. she sat there playing with her phone or staring at us while shopping, never even offered to help. Do better

I literally have been waiting on drive up for over 15 minutes… I usually don’t complain but when your the first car here and they don’t have your bag and help everyone else you get annoyed… I had to ask about my bag and they didn’t know and left… still waiting

Love this store! The checkout employee I had was very kind and conversational just the perfect amount to make the environment welcoming but not too talkative that my more introverted self felt nervous. On top of this, the returns employees I worked with resolved my issue in a way that both honored their policies and also found a solid resolution for me as the customer. As someone that works in retail and directly is involved with the returns in my store, I understand that this balance can be difficult. Both employees were very understanding and kind in their approach to the issue. The only thing I will say is that some days the store can be a little unorganized particularly in the seasonal items section towards the back of the store. I do understand though that some days are better than others and seasonal items move very frequently and can be difficult to manage. Overall, my shopping experience here is pretty much 100% excellent every time! Keep up the good work, Ahwatukee! <3

Asked a basic question if they have Topps Chrome Baseball on the shelves and a rude lady said we can't tell him since they are from a third party. Strange just a basic customer question I asked what a joke.

BEWARE I was pickpocketed at this location. I noticed within 5 min of shopping my items were no longer in my pocket. Target security has been unwilling to help with all the cameras they have. I do not feel safe anymore at this location as a single female. Lots of homeless hang out on property at night too.

Revising my review “Target: Expect More”. Well, it’s happening, sometimes. Last year my review was to the inattention to the self checkout and the need for more. Well, they have not added more, but now they put up a sign during heavy traffic that pretty much declares self-check out the Express lane. Just add more stations
My newest complaint is cleanliness. When I approached the entrance, I had a coke can to throw away. The bins on both sides of the entrance/exit were full and overflowing. So was the one inside by the ATM ‍♂️
