The Bell Tower Community center is a nice little spot nestled into the same building as the Rancho Santa Margarita City Hall here in the Central Park area. You can't miss it because it is also connected to the largest shopping center in RSM. I came here to scout a location for a friend of mine who's daughter is having her 15th birthday here in one of the larger rooms available for events. The central park is nice, it hosts the summer kids camps and inside there's spaces for all kinds of recreational activities. This time during my visit I saw a group of seniors involved in a Scrabble group event. Also there's an outside watering park for kids, swings, playground sets, and plenty of open spaces to run around and have some fun.

This is a multi purpose facility that hosts many functions throughout the year for all ages, check their calendar for the details, it's comprehensive. This is also a great place for teens in the afternoon

We went here on Friday nite for a comedy show. Mark Schumacher and friends have a comedy show once a month. It is very inexpensive only $15. Per person. That is half the price of the Irvine Improve. The show was great, Mark is funny but the comedians he had preform were great. I laughed so hard, tears ran down my face. It was truly a fantastic evening of comedy and laughter. This was the 3rd show I have gone to and I will be back for the next one on April 3rd. You should call and get tickets because it is a small venue that sells out every time. Highly recommend

I attended a wedding here and it was gorgeous! The main hall area has movable walls to transform the space, and there is tons of on site parking. It was great!

Really well planned community center with lots of parking, grassy areas and large air conditioned ballroom. The bathrooms are large and well maintained.
