The property is relatively new, and the interiors are beautiful. I liked the space theme that permeates the hotel, including the reception staff being “Mission Control” 🚀

Room:
Spacious room, little celestial touches in the decor. You get most of the usual amenities (steamer, hair dryer, toiletries, robe) but I wish they had a kettle and tea bags. Closet space is modest, alright for a short trip. You get two complementary small bottles of water, which are not refreshed during your stay.

Service:
Check-in was smooth and I got my room early. I didn’t have a great experience with room service though: after waiting for 30 minutes for cutlery, I went and got it myself from the restaurant.

Food:
The restaurant, Aurora, serves beautifully-plated, delicious fare. Great vegan options as well. Crispy Barramundi was top notch.

Gym:
Basic hotel gym with a Smith Machine, dumbbells, treadmills. I like that it isn’t a sad basement gym with no windows.

Location:
Right in front of UCF, 5-15 minute walk to most of the campus.

I recently stayed at The Celeste and it was fantastic! The food was so good, the hotel was clean, the gym was spotless, and I loved the room decor. Parking and valet were great, and the staff were all so sweet and helpful. I am so excited to visit Orlando again just to stay here!

The bar staff was awesome - shout out to Becca! 🎉 Had great dinners here for a work trip. Highly recommend the medallions and the fish with the curry sauce 👌 both were excellent.

Bring good earplugs, the locals seem to love drag racing down the street outside the windows at all times of night 🙄 sucks as a light sleeper.

The gym wasn’t anything to write home about, it was good for a quick evening workout when I arrived and nobody else was there but it’d be cramped if more people were sharing equipment. Good playlist going though!

Location is good if you’re visiting the college, but pretty far from more of the downtown area. Didn’t matter much in my situation given we were in conference rooms the whole time.

This hotel was simply amazing! We got room upgrade and 5 Star service all the way around. Breakfast was great and the hotel accommodations exceeded our needs. I will definitely be back when I visit my daughter at UCF. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the location and exceptional hospitality!

The front desk agent was very friendly and courteous. We were able to have an early check in and a king size bed provided for us despite registering online for the room reservation. My only issue with the stay is that they charge you $15 to park in a parking lot that is adjacent to the facility. Uncertain why we have to pay $15 to park our vehicle in what is clearly designated as parking spaces for guests at the hotel. The only other thing I would mention is that we were on the second floor and located near the exit door in the hallway. As a result of people utilizing the stairs versus the elevator to get down to the lower lobby, the door would slam shut every time somebody exited through it. This was quite loud and disturbing as a guest trying to sleep.

As for the room, the bed was very comfortable. The bedding was high-quality, the pillows were full-size and/or king and of good quality. The TV and other options were a good quality. Everything appeared clean with an exceptional view of the pool. Had the Esther been warmer, we would have enjoyed utilizing what appeared to be a clean and well kept pool.

I would suggest that they put an indication on the in room refrigerator that you have to turn it on in order to use it. Not realizing that it wasn’t turned on. I placed items in there that I had to later throw away when I realized that refrigeration was not automatic.

The shower and bathroom facilities were well-maintained and of good quality. I especially enjoyed the spa robe that is complementary in the closet. I did find that this particular spa robe can be purchased by the hotel itself for $37. However, when I went to the front desk to inquire about purchasing it for myself, I was informed that the out the door price would be $74. That was disappointing.

Overall this was an exceptional stay and would recommend.

Well, this hotel is a bit outside of Orlando. It has a great energy, however, it has some faults that I will explain.

Besides the fact that you have to pay to park, which I don’t understand I will pass that one for the rest. The room is a bit small as you can see from the video. The property has an interesting story that when it was being built during Covid, they had originated the floors to be built to 9 levels, but to save the hotel from never being built, they limited the height to five floors.

What I found most disappointing was the food. I’ve included a picture, and for the life of me, I cannot understand why you would bring out a Caesar salad with hardly any dressing, very bland croutons, and place a chicken breast to the side of it, not making even an attempt to slice it up and lay it on the salad.

I asked the bar made in waitress if that was what they would expect for Caesar to look like and they both agreed it wasn’t .

As one of the top Google guides in the world, I take it seriously when I have to give a slightly negative review, but until they fix a number of items, especially the menu and food, I give it a 4 star. Still a good hotel, but to make it great they can modify a few things..

The aesthetics of this hotel are nice, although the walls are very thin and you can hear normal voice level conversations from the next room.
The customer service in every area of this hotel are absolutely horrible. I really don’t like giving low ratings on anything, but it’s so bad here I feel like I have to do my part to warn anyone who expects even a decent level of acknowledgment and respect from a customer service professional. From check-in, to the restaurants, to simple phone calls for assistance to the front desk….absolutely awful. We have been treated like we are bothering them for even being here.
Very disappointing.

We were visiting family in the UCF area and decided to stay at the Celeste Hotel. It was one of the smartest moves we made. The Hotel was clean, daily house cleaning and 24 hour front desk service. The Hotel hosted Christmas Parties all week and even hosted a wedding. We heard no noise whatsoever. They do charge for parking, but the tradeoff is well worth it. The only small inconvenience I had was the location of the shampoo and soap in the shower. It was located under the shower head which made it difficult to lather with the shower on. Not a big deal, considering the bathroom was larger than most hotels in the area. We would stay again.
