We had a great stay and the rooms were very comfortable (the ONLY reason I gave 4-starts for the room is the walls were a bit stark and it could use a thing or two on the walls). The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and although cozy, the bathroom was very nice. Due to the outside temperature being in the 40’s, we couldn’t enjoy sitting on our balcony. However, we will be sure to return again when it’s warmer!

The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and professional- however we went for the “Chill Experience” which was advertised on their website as being the outdoor pool heated to 95 degrees. We also brought family who were visiting us. They were told at check in the pool was measuring 86 degrees. The temperature outside was under 30 degrees, and we had hyped up the kids, so we decided to get in, and it was uncomfortably cold. The lifeguards and staff working at the pool said it was miserable and they were trying to increase the temperature, but that it was currently 85 degrees. The kids had a blast still and loved it, but every single adult in that pool did not share that feeling. 85 degrees for an outdoor pool in December in Spokane is not warm enough. It was definitely a “Chilly” experience. I called the hotel after to ask, and the front desk supervisor said he was unaware that the pool was that cold, but that they were trying other things, like chemicals- to get it hotter. I think they should contact the CDA resort, because they’ve got it figured out.

The Hotel is in a quiet area with restaurants and cafes easily reachable by car or even on foot (and no homeless or addicts in the proximity, as seen elsewhere in town).
The deluxe king room was spacious and clean. The mattress was a bit larger than the bed, but still comfortable.
Only issue was a vent just outside of the room window making noise all the night long forcing us to use earplugs. We mentioned it to the receptionist at checkout and he complemented us by not charging for the amenities…we didn’t know about an additional price for the supposed amenities (maybe the parking or the shampoo) but the gesture was nice…or sly 🙂 Overall good value for money.

We have stayed here a couple of times because we were doing treatments at the Infertility clinic next door. The hotel is close to everything and super easy to add another night stay depending on how our doctors visits went. Beds are extremely comfy as well so that’s nice! Only down side is the only water bottle refill station is in the gym otherwise you have to bug the restaurant to refill your water jug.

The hotel offers an incredible experience with its fantastic location, top-notch service, and excellent amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our 4-day stay truly wonderful. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed the stunning views and well-maintained pool. The nearby park was beautiful, but it's important to be cautious when walking there, especially if you're alone, as there are some security concerns due to the presence of homeless individuals and drug users.

The service was excellent from reservation through check-out. All the many rooms I was involved with were very efficiently appointed, clean and welcoming. The location on Riverside Park was scenic, very accommodating and safe. I believe the overall value would be hard to beat.

Perfect for a visit to our son at Gonzaga. Great staff. Xavier was super helpful, professional and nice. Loved the idea of using the heated swimming pool just forgot swimsuits. Beautiful area by the river.

We had such a lovely weekend stay at the Centennial Hotel. The room was large and spacious, clean and well stocked with necessities, and all the staff were so nice and helpful with all requests/needs. Huge shoutout to Brook at the Front desk, her kindness and hospitality was so appreciated. We will definitely be back!
