Wanted to give a shout out to The Expo Group that handled a recent tradeshow in Orlando FL. Alice Fitzpatrick and her team went the extra mile when I left my cordless drill at the shipping desk where they were also very helpful in getting my crate returned. Even though it was a day later before I realized my mistake, I sent an email and Alice promptly responded saying that "Yes" I have the drill and am glad to find out who left it. So we sent a mailing label and a few days later, there was the drill! She was very honest, helpful, and deligent - because of her great service I'll be sure and use them in the future. I was making a delivery there and my truck broke down in the staging area for the convention center. The staff at the expo group were able to get my trailer disconnected and used one of their own trucks to get the trailer to the center for a show. They were very understanding and professional the entire time.

This is my second year having to work with Brede for a convention. This is the second year in a row they did not send me the information needed to ship (it was promised 6-8 weeks prior to convention). Subsequently, this has left me scrambling to meet deadlines for shipping or face their late surcharges. Whenever I call for assistance almost every single person is short, curt, rude and even hostile. FYI, Don't ever expect the receptionist to listen to you. She'll cut you off mid sentence every time and transfer you away. Dealing with Brede is a massive headache. I ship to 4-6 conventions and conferences each year. I've never had to work with such a rude and incompetent company.
