I was pleased to find out that my membership was included with my insurance. I've enjoyed it so far. Clean, nice assortment of equipment. I've met the staff once and they were very pleasant. I don't really like dealing with the wet towels but overall it's a nice family owned business.

We have gone to this gym for years and love it. They keep it very clean and the equipment is new and in good condition. They do a good job of keeping the place aired out and a nice temperature as well so the work outs are always pleasant. It's a great environment with a good mix of young and old. You always feel welcome and never judged. Highly recommend for any age or fitness level!

If you take lifting seriously this is the gym for you. The equipment is clean and well maintained, a lot of it almost brand new. The owner John is fantastic and very easy to work with, into terms of transparency of how the memberships work. They are also locally owned and are family based. If you support local business this is the place.

We were out of town and stopped by this gym to get a quick workout in after visiting some family. An awesome gym that is super friendly towards guests and military personnel alike. This place is a perfect example of a community gym that is a perfect alternative to a 24Hr

Cozy little gym with a good mix of machines and free weights. Just enough to get a decent workout. The staff is super friendly. Stretching area and changing area are a bit limited.

This is a pretty basic gym, but they have everything that you need. There are lots of free weights, etc., and the lady that runs the place is very friendly. It's not a hardcore gym (as you can see by the attached photo), but I had a great experience there and will be back next time I'm in Show Low.
