I wish I could give this company negative stars. I inquired about taking a course and Calvin called me the same day to talk to me about the program and cost. I said I wanted to think about it and talk to my job about re-imbursements and he begged me to sign up. He lured me in with a promise of a free month trial and I could cancel at any time. I signed up thinking it might be worth it with the price he offered but I didn't get a welcome email and was immediately thrown off and wanted to cancel. Well my mistake because the support team let me know that I cannot cancel now. They have since sent me a welcome email but I have not signed up. The company is now ignoring my emails. I'm going to try all that I can to get this cancelled but please STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Don't trust these people at all. All these guys speak so nice with you until you opt for a course and then they don't respond to you at all properly. They charge huge price compared to original price in the certification portals. They don't share all the information properly until unless you follow up with them. They will make all fake promises and charge you extra money. Especially Nancy and Felix Lash, they talk really nice but once you opt for a course then they don't respond to your mails for months. I don't recommend this institute at all.

I am not even interested to give them a single star, but google is forcing me to give them single star.

I recently purchased a course from The Knowledge Academy scheduled for June. Unfortunately, the class was canceled without any prior notice from the instructor. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

When I initially reached out to the sales department, the representative tried to upsell me on more advanced classes instead of addressing the immediate issue. This felt highly inappropriate and insensitive, considering the cancellation was not my fault.

The customer service department has been equally disappointing. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have not called me back. Instead, I received an email stating that I would be refunded $300, even though the course cost me $900. Additionally, they claimed I was enrolled in another class, which I never signed up for.

Overall, the customer service at The Knowledge Academy has been disrespectful and inattentive. It seems they are only interested in making a sale and not in supporting their customers afterward. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and urge others to be cautious before purchasing any courses from this provider.

I just got a very aggressive call from one of this so called "Academy's" customer service representatives. After telling her that I'm choosing between them and other provider of Training course, she became unbelievable aggressive and started yell at me that I should have told her it at the very beginning of the call. Excuse me? I had my dinner, 7.18 pm, Labor Day holiday, and I definitely didn't expect someone call and attack me verbally. Now at least I know which provider of Training I'll choose. Definitely not this one. Fire such staff, they will bring you not customers, but only bad reviews.

P.S. call at 7.12 pm EST, September 2nd, 2024. Check your logs. Such reps are disgrace to any business.

Thank you!! The knowledge academy training was really helpful to understand and gain some insights on what I signed up for. The material provided and the shared content was explained in detail with different industry examples to make it even easier to understand. To the instructor of the course, Tr. Rupali. S, she is very knowledgeable in what she does and kept me engaged with for the entire duration of the course. Thank you so much for your valuable training. The knowledge academy is great. I am currently taking their Lead Implementer course for ISO 9001. I was unable to complete my course within the 90 days allotted, and after contacting them, they were able to extend my course for an additional 90 days at no additional charge. They were responsive and courteous. Definitely recommended.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Booked a class for 16 people in April the company the instructor never showed up. Wasted company time! On top of that we were double charged. When asked for refund we were refunded only one charge. Its July we still have not gotten our second refund. DO NOT USE THEM!

The knowledge academy customer care support services were excellent; I worked with Manohar who had a great experience with his support. He was very supportive and on top of the issue until it was resolved. He was very professional and kept me updated ticket progress.
