The perfect place to get married! We had our ceremony and reception indoors in the cool AC! We upgraded to the Chiavari chairs and they were beautiful! The lake is a beautiful backdrop for pictures and the trellis surrounding the outside is so romantic. The staff was very nice throughout the entire process and responsive with emails. Bridal and groom suites were a godsend! It was so nice to rent out the whole venue and already have tables and chairs at the property. For the price, this place is worth every dollar and more!

Had my daughters wedding there this weekend. Let me start by saying the place is beautiful, very well maintained although can definitely use some upgrades. Outside of that, there was some things that was communicated when booking and paying our moneys, that changed the day of ceremony. During our reception we had neighbors walking up and down the streets then the COPS show up to advise that there are complaints that our music was to LOUD and advised us to instruct our DJ to turn the music down. Once we advised them that this was a wedding reception and the groom was a police officer- suddenly things were fine!!! Go figure that. Lastly, they only allow you to use there caterers. During our menu testing with the caterer that we choose from there list we advised her , that the food was a little bland for our taste and to please add seasonings- well we received the same bland food at the reception. All the guest were asking for salt and pepper and the food was more room temp, not hot. With that being said, if your merely looking for a beautiful view, which this location certainly has and limited vendors- go for it! But..... if your looking for a lifetime experience, there are certainly better options, especially with such a large price tag!!!

We loved having our wedding here! It was affordable, and staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. We also received SO MANY compliments from our guests about how beautiful the facility was. The rotunda room for our ceremony sold us, for sure. I appreciated the option for renting mahogany Chiavari chairs ($300 for 100+ seats...cheaper than most rental shops), and even though we had to choose one of their listed caterers, we really enjoyed who we ended up going with (River City Catering). Would definitely recommend to others!

The best place to have our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful in every space. Our family and friends love the venue! The staff worked with our every need from beginning to end. Carmen was amazing and made sure everything was exactly how we needed it. I couldn't ask for a better space to have married. Everything was accommodating and convenient for all our guests. I will recommend Lake Mary Event Center for any event. Thank you all again for the experience!

The Lake Mary Events Center is truly a gem in the central Florida area. It was one of the very few venues in the area that had both a beautiful indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony, with separate cocktail hour and reception areas, a must have in Florida! We had our ceremony outdoors and it was stunning. Our jaws dropped the first we saw the Rotunda! Carmen was super helpful throughout the entire planning process and was very responsive and professional. The facility is absolutely beautiful and we had no complaints with the venue. We were able to use the meeting room to get ready in the morning and combined with the Groom's and Bride's suites, we had more than enough space for our 15 person bridal party, parents, etc to get ready. The price is also super reasonable compared to other venues with beautiful chair options and tables included. I honestly cannot fathom any other venue for our wedding day as LMEC was perfect for us!

Was there last night for my schools sports banquet. Nice building. Beautiful bathrooms. Lovely view of the lake behind it with patio to walk, rotundas for photos, and games for kids.

Beautiful, professional and classic all the way around. Our wedding was everything and more thanks to the help and guidance of the Lake Mary Event Center Team and staff. From the start of the planning process to the rehearsal and the day of the event, our wedding was beyond enjoyable and elegant in every way. The team is stellar and was extremely on top of communicating details with us and I always felt like they had our backs and wanted our day to be the most wonderful that it could be. I truly don’t think our day could have been any more smooth and the people here have it all figured out!
