Fantastic place. I was very busy and stressed at work and forgot to order my dad a gift. I live in SF and he lives in NYC I went to countless websites until I found Plant Shed. The had the perfect combo of thing my dad loves: coffee and flowers!
I ordered at 11 pm and the the gift was hand delivered by 3 pm the next day.
I highly recommend Plant Shed!

Walking by this place, I was drawn into a wonderful place. Being a former Retailer, I noticed how everything was nicely displayed and more importantly, the plants looked thriving. They carry alot of items from local artists. Beautiful. Unique. Handmade. Lexi was very helpful with plenty of suggestions from a very knowledgeable salesperson. Fantastic experience and will definitely return. Thanks Lexi ! I purchased a Christmas present and a Birthday present. Going back and getting more, maybe even something for myself.

When walking in Fairfax I always pop in the Potting Shed. They have really neat plants and gifts. The staff is super friendly and outgoing. I purchased something special for my daughter and the friendly, attentive lady wrapped it and was really warm and welcoming. Will be back!

Came here today for some unique gifts.
I got two gifts a druzy stone necklace and a special geostone.

This place is small but is packed with great one of a kind things .
Knowledgeable, friendly service.
Good to shop at small local businesses.

Parking is street and Fairfax is pretty busy on weekends.

A small but very cute place. Once bought a jellyfish hanging plant from this here. Really unique finds! Lots of terrariums and cute little plants. Looks just like something you'd see off of Tumblr. The lady who works here is so nice. I highly recommend this place!

the shop itself is beautiful and what they have to offer is great. Now for my experience: I was prepared to purchase two succulents and several pieces for my home projects, and there was a group in front of me so I waited patiently with a smile on my face, my dogs by my side. 30 minutes later, after standing in the heat telling the woman working there to take her time, I realized she had no intentions of actually helping me. She chatted up passerbys, talked to friends who stopped by, and continued to tell me to wait. It was 95 degrees outside and I couldn't make my dogs wait in the heat any longer. As she saw me leave, after waiting on her for nearly 45 minutes, she said "oh I totally spaced." Won't be returning, would rather get my stuff from someone who doesn't treat their costumers so rudely. Felt like a pretty woman moment, I had money to spend!
