Played course on November 2nd, 2024. Course amenities are good. Nice full size driving range with trackman technology. Also a chipping/putting area. Range is mats only though. As for the course it's ok. Some tee boxes are pretty rock hard and make it hard to even get a tee inside. Also multiple tee boxes were closed making par 3's less than 100 yards. Fairways are pretty patchy for it to just now starting to get cold. Bunkers barely have any sand inside of them which was basically hitting on rocks. Greens are the best part of the course. They are well kept and roll pretty nice although they are soft. The course layout is also nice and makes you think about your club selection on the tee box. Hopefully when I come back next year it's a bit better but not bad for the first visit.

The Vineyard is a great spot to go if you’re looking for golf in North County San Diego. My three buddies and I were looking to get some golf in on Presidents’ Day and we chose the Vineyard as the spot. They have a good course with helpful and friendly staff. The prices are good and they have a pretty sweet driving range. We will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a great time playing this course. There are some challenging water holes, but it is very playable. The General Manager Jose was on the course and was very friendly. The pace of play was good.

Great value course, play here all the time. They could work on the bunkers, but for the price on the weekdays, it’s worth it.

For $35 walking with first responder on a Mon-Fri is an amazing price point. Good walkable course with good greens and decent fairways. Course is a 7/10 but the price point and driving range make it a 9/10 for me.

Jose at the counter is a really awesome guy. It all starts in the pro shop! The course is in great shape and where it's not, it's obvious they are working on it to make it better. Love the layout and rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Value is good for the price. Don't expect a golf course with great conditions. Very dried out. Greens are green but very bumpy. No sand in sand traps. Range balls completely worn out. Staff were nice. Pace of play was good. Senior discount was great. Even my wife said we will not come back.

I used to play here all the time, but after coming back following a few months away, I don’t think this will be my go-to course anymore. I've always walked here, so I let the guy in the clubhouse know that my buddy and I would be walking so he could adjust the rate before we paid. He seemed confused, and deferred to who I think was the manager. He pretty bluntly told me that they don't offer walking rates and never have before, which is strange considering I've only ever paid a walking rate. I even checked my credit card statements to make sure I wasn't mistaken. It’s possible a former employee might have manually adjusted the rate for me, but in any case, I didn’t argue and paid the higher fee.

I wouldn’t have minded the cost as much if the course conditions were better. They had the tee boxes on five or six holes closed and put all the tees super far forward. There was no mention of this when booking or checking in. The Vineyard already isn't a super long course, so gutting that many holes significantly downgrades the experience. The greens were bumpy and exceptionally slow. I'd suggest playing other, cheaper goat tracks or upping the budget a bit to play a nicer course.
