My mom was there for less than a day and they claim to have left her alone in a wheelchair while getting her some food, somehow she fell from the wheelchair and broke her arm in 2 places & dislocated her shoulder. Don’t know how they don’t secure patients on wheelchairs.

My wife and I have tried to phone my friend who is stuck there over 20 years. We called over 10 times in the last 2 years and ask to talk our friend. Every dam time they say, “we have to get the portable phone and call us back.”. They take our phone number and never call us! So we haven’t been able to talk to him. I am also going to look into county and state agencies i can make our complaints to about the conditions described in the few post listed. If any other people has complaints please post them on this site asap.

If I could give a negative stars I would! My father in law was here for 2 days and this was the worst place I’ve ever seen. The floors are all stained up, the walls are filthy, the kitchen is disgusting, the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. When he arrived the guy on duty hooked an oxygen mask up to him. We asked what he was doing and he said I thought he was supposed to have it since it was in the room! They missed his dinner, they didn’t change him and the director there is extremely rude and extreme unprofessional. No one calls you back when they are supposed to and they made it nearly impossible to transfer him to a better facility. This place honestly needs to be shut down!

my grandmother passed away her and a lot of her stuff was "lost." We called for weeks and months after asking about her items and nobody ever returned our calls.

Run down rooms. Beds feel like sleeping on concrete. Call lights never answered. Meds get pushed back up to 2 hrs. Food is NOT good. No respect for privacy. Nobody knows how to knock on door before entering. Would not recommend to anybody. Run... If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. 5 star rating must be self imposed. I feel for the elderly who can't speak on their own behalf. Went for PT, in 5 days, I received 15 min of PT.

This facility has nurses who violate hippa, steal patient meds and don’t provide great care, I would not recommend my loved ones here, no wonder they have 1 star reviews
