Another comfortable and special stay at this hotel. Christy the Asst. GM and Todd, GM hire the best employees: Cindy in Concierge room, Darrell at the bell stand and all of the front desk and frankly every employee understands customer service. The property is so clean. The workout room was crowded in the mornings as all of us are trying to get to work; however, there are ample pieces of equipment and located in a convenient place. The area is safe to walk around if one would want to walk outside after a workday. The food is superior. I would encourage one to order Tex-Mex. I want to come back for a weekend getaway with my husband. There is a nice lake with a walking path very close to the property. The lake can be seen by many of the hotel room.

I recently stayed at the Westin for a work trip, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was truly impressive.

The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable and productive stay. My room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and featured a breathtaking view that made unwinding after a long day effortless. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment.

What truly set this stay apart, however, was the outstanding service from the valet team. Marcus R. and Rammone J. went above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. They were prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly, making me feel like a valued guest from the start. Their care and attention to my vehicle were greatly appreciated, and their welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression.

Overall, my stay at the Westin was nothing short of excellent. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional valet team made it an experience I won't forget. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and high-quality stay!

The hotel was great. Wonderful location beautiful facilities including pool area. However, this is the worst shower experience I have ever had. The shower temperature was not constant. In fact, it went from perfect to cold to burn your skin several times without me adjusting it. The blessing was it was a rain shower in a bathtub with plenty of room to escape the extremes but no way to avoid them without getting out to adjust or tolerating the extreme temps to reach through water to adjust. To that end, the one time I walked outside of the tub to adjust it, it was only a minute later that the temperature became scalding hot again. The best way to deal with it was to wait out the storm in the far end of the tub until the temperature was tolerable again. This is not only unpleasant but dangerous. I am not sure if it is just the shower in 416 or if everyone experiences this, but my husband had the same experience. He never minds a cold shower, so he just turned it down to get it done and avoid being burnt. Good luck fixing this.

Nice hotel with a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The front desk could have been friendlier and less robotic. The parking garage is a little bit of a walk, recommend utilizing valet. Overall, the stay was good.

What high caliber employees!! I left a VERY expensive item behind in our hotel room and thought for sure it was gone but their Lost and found process was easy and we were so pleased yet shocked when we were told the item had been located. It was returned to us in mint condition. What an honorable staff they have to be able to get that back!! |Beside this we LOVED our stay -great accommodations, location, bar, pool, valet and overall experience!! We will definitely be back!

I have visited Westin’s across the country and this was by far my worst experience. ||Our trip started off going well. Most Westin’s I have stayed at offer some sort of upgrade or perk for gold status however nothing was offered here. Which was ok. || The hotel was nice enough, but the last night of our stay there was someone obviously having a party on our floor.||We tried to ignore it but the later it got, the louder they got. It was crazy. I didn’t want to be a party pooper so we tried to wait it out. I finally called the front desk at 3:30 to inform them and they knew. Apparently “they rented out the entire floor for the party” umm no they didn’t as I am still on this floor with my son. ||They said we are probably settled in or they would move us to a higher floor. So we could pack up our room and move in the middle of the night but that nothing could be done. By the time I pack up my entire room and move it will basically be time to check out to start on my full travel day back to Washington. No sleep is not so impressive feature at a hotel. ||Why am I the guest having to call down to complain? If you booked a straight up rager on my floor that is planning to go until 5am (according to the front desk) maybe a call in the morning or during the day to inform us and relocate our room should have happened. ||I should have just flew home as our event had ended but we have never been to Texas and I didn't want to be exhausted after the busy week we have had here. Lesson learned. ||Irving has a noise ordnance that applies to hotels, but this Westin certainly is not enforcing that.

Yes, the Dallas/Fort Worth airport is surrounded by a great many hotels. However, not all are the same. The Westin at Las Colinas is all about the details. From the comfortable mattresses, wide selection of premium pillows and towels, and spacious rooms, The Westin is my preferred hotel when traveling to Dallas. The rooms are quiet and I’ll have blackout curtains.

There’s a wide selection of in room dining on the menu and a very nice coffee bar downstairs. If you wish to dine at a restaurant, Mesa Mezcal is a great restaurant with awesome dishes and libations.

The fitness center is well equipped and definitely above average.
