Love Dr Tracy , the office runs on time and everybody is nice.. especially happy that they are sensitive to cost of drugs . Highly recommend ! Parking is a challenge but not impossible. They also have valet …..

My appointment was at 10:30 and I was asked to get there at 10 to fill out paperwork. I got in the parking lot at 10 and drove around for 20 minutes trying to find parking. I called their front desk and after being on hold for 5 minutes, I told them of my lack of parking problem and she said that valet was available for free. Just at that time a spot opened up and I ran into their office at 10:31. At first the receptionist said for me to go straight in the room and complete the paperwork after. Then they changed their mind and said they can’t see me because I was late. I waited weeks for this appointment. I definitely won’t be going back. A suggestion to the front office is to include information about the free valet parking when they send their confirmation texts out. This would have avoided this situation completely.

The woman at the front desk has to be the rudest health professional I’ve ever met in my life.

She is ill equipped with any sense of emotional intelligence or empathy which I believe is required to work within the women’s health space. I walked in for my first appointment albeit a bit late after being given incorrect directions by other staff.
When I finally arrive ( 6 minutes) late to my scheduled time. I wasn’t even given the option to see the doctor. Before I can confirm my name I was rescheduled as I was supposed to at minimum 30 minutes before my scheduled time.

This was not explained to me as I called to verify my appointment time earlier that morning. I was just told to bring in my insurance card and ID.

As I sat and filled out my paperwork to ease the process for my next scheduled visit, every woman that went to her window was left confused and rolling their eyes based on the brief experience with her attitude.

I waited weeks for this appointment, and now have to wait a few more and honestly am not considering coming back based on my initial encounter.

My first appointment here was wonderful, I felt like the NP listened to me attentively and gave me some wonderful tips. However, I asked to speak with one of the Doctors who I would see once I successfully got pregnant. They were too busy to speak with me. I went to my second appointment and felt like a number, I was left in the waiting room for over a half-hour then I was rushed in and out. It was very different experience but I assumed it was just a busy day. The next time I called to ask about making a pre-natal appointment the person on the phone informed me that I would not be able to speak to a doctor until I'm 10 weeks. I explained that I would like to just meet the Doctor at least so I know if that's who I want, she ignored my question and moved on to calculate how many weeks I was. She said she can't schedule my first appointment until 8 weeks or their soonest available which may be longer than 8 weeks and it will be a nurse practitioner. Again I don't feel like they listened to my needs or even really cared I told her nevermind I'll find somewhere else and she yelled "Dr. Tracy does not do deliveries good luck finding some where else" and hung up the phone abruptly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Broke & Useless - don't waste your time!
Made an appointment 2 months ago for something specific, showed up to find out they didn't order it don't stock it cuz they're broke.

Doris, One of the girls at the front was extremely rude. She wasn’t even helping me get checked in but overheard my conversation with the girl who was helping me and Doris took it upon herself to shout my personal information while another patient that she was helping was standing infront of her.

Dr Lena Nguyen is the BEST. The level of care, attention and responsiveness is amazing. You can not go wrong with her. She is detailed, patient, involved, and so responsive. I cant stress enough what an amazing doctor she is.

Really disappointed and bummed with my experience with this facility and the women who work here. My first appointment was canceled 30 min before I was scheduled to come in for my first ultrasound and albeit, this is my first pregnancy and I may be emotional, I did not feel any care or concern about this cancellation. I had already taken the rest of the day off work as this was scheduled more then 3 weeks ago and this was my first impression of where I was planning to begin my care. None of the women I talked to expressed any empathy for my situation and I could tell I was just another check list to-do item as they passed me to 3 diff workers.

They offered me a next appt in 2 weeks..and it felt like they didn’t even take into account the recommended timing of a first prenatal appointment or that I already waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I understand emergencies come up, but to treat me so casually without any regard was extremely hurtful and did not help with any nerves I already have with my first pregnancy.

Now I am left scrambling to call other providers who are surprised that I haven’t scheduled my first appointment sooner... I hope in the future, they treat people with more care and concern as having a baby should be treated as a more important time in someone’s life rather then just another insurance claim.
