I love the workshop! I was burnt out of the gym and decided to join a Pilates studio. I tried a few other studios before and signed up for an unlimited auto-renewal membership immediately following my first class at the Workshop. I drive 25 min to get here and I’ll never stop because I’ve seen AMAZING muscle growth since coming here, and my lower back and knee pain is completely gone. All of the instructors are sweet, helpful, welcoming, and play awesome music! It’s such a clean studio with a motivating vibe to it. The heated classes are intense, but so fun and you will leave feeling like a brand new person with so much energy. I love the variety of classes the Workshop offers and coming here is the highlight of my day!!

Truly one of my favorite workouts. Heated mat or reformer you can’t go wrong. The best teachers who are so helpful and encouraging. I always feel happy walking in to the workshop and feel even better after leaving! Highly recommend

My obsession with the heated mat Pilates classes is real!! I see my body changing by the day from consistently doing these classes. The heat and infrared lighting add a whole new level of challenge to my workouts and I can feel my body getting rid of toxins during every workout. Not to mention my skin is thriving from the infrared! Also, mixing in a Melt class on the reformer really helps my body recover. So happy this location opened up!

My absolute favorite place to get a good workout in. I do heated mat here and every instructor is amazing, encouraging, and challenging! Plus I get a little smoothie after class if I wanna treat myself ? love love love it here!!

Such a beautiful studio! Jackie and Ariel have created a wonderful environment here in Arcadia. I love the reformer classes and have had a blast trying something new with the heated mat classes. Thank you for this great addition to the neighborhood!

I am addicted to the Workshop! The studio is beautiful, the reformer classes are incredible and the heated mat classes will have you breathless and dripping in sweat. I would give more stars if I could!
