My daughter's Orchestra performed there.
Seats are comfortable. Size is good.
The restroom is two levels down so maybe a bit challenging for elderly

Beautiful theater with 515+ seating capacity and great support staff

A few hundred seats with comfortable spacing, no steep rake, good sightlines. If you have respiratory issues, beware of one of the staff who smokes in violation of regulations.
Parking costs $3 when classes are in session, free at other times.

Awesome Beauty and the Beast show! Nice small theatre, but the parking situation was a little tricky. If you park at the meters, make sure you pay! We parked in the athletic field parking lot and it was a bit of a walk, but fine.
