This is a great concert venue! The amazing 360 views were an unexpected bonus, especially watching the sunset. Well built & maintained, easy to access the concessions & bathrooms throughout, great security and lots of vendors at the entrance. Lines were short and everything went smoothly throughout the night. Padded chairs with well spaced seating. Will definitely be back in the future!

The stage and the sound quality was phenomenal! The things that could use improvement are the process to get inside, we had to stand in line for over an hour just to get inside, which made us get in a little after the concert started. And the parking lot could use signs, it was unclear whether the tram was for premium parking only or what the process was. Also the hill seating had pros and cons, some in our party slipped, if there were a way to have wider areas of flat ground, that would have been nice. And drinks are extremely overpriced, $21 for a mixed drink and $16 for beer is pretty high. Lastly, the process to get out of the parking lot also took over an hour... so a more efficient way to exit would also be beneficial.

The open-air layout provides excellent sightlines and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying live music. The sound quality is generally good, though it can vary depending on the acoustics of the outdoor space.

Beautiful setting for an outdoor venue! The grounds are very well maintained, there are ample food & beverage service locations and plenty of facilities. Many were concerned about the traffic flow and delay getting into the parking lots, but was handled very well. The staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable despite Thunder Ridge being a new venue.
We were there to see The Rolling Stones. I have been fortunate to have been to dozens of outdoor music venues and heard the Stones at at least a dozen and this is a new favorite. We will be back soon!

Such an amazing venue!! The scenery, wide open space, lake and mountains in the background! Sunset, wow.

Only negative is how far you have to walk to reach the venue. Even with parking you could walk up to a mile. Don’t let it totally discourage you because the walk is worth it.

There is NO close drop off even for ADA unless you get in line for the one shuttle location.

Personally I feel that if they charge every car even ADA to park there should be shuttles going to the parking lots to pick up people. Similar to Silver Dollar City.

I will come back but even if you plan to take an Uber it doesn’t completely fix the walking issue again .75 mile probably then when you walk out you have to walk even further than drop off the find the pick up location.

Saw the Rolling Stones here on July 21. Awesome concert !!! So glad we did it ! Thunder Ridge is beautiful and well laid out . Getting in and to our seats was not an issue... They're still working out a few bugs in the system though. Really only 2 complaints , very limited mixed drinks selection, and waiting 2 hours to exit the parking lot after getting to our car... Guess that's just part of the live concert experience.

Went to the Thunder Ridge Arena for the first time. We saw Imagine Dragons. The band was amazing and well worth every penny ! DIsappointed in the lines, we had to wait it to see everything.
Lines to park to get the parking pass at the Landing Bass Pro. Line to get in. Line to get through security. Line to get to the gate. But...after all that. The general admission hill seating was quite pleasant. We could see and hear just as good as the folks in the pit. We had room to dance, get up, and move around while waiting between singers. That was nice. Definitely bring a blanket, and the ground gets wet after dark.
Also, bring a refillable water jug. They have a station to refill them.
If you are coming with kids, it's a big help to bring glow bracelets for them to wear after dark. It's a huge place, and I found it very helpful.

As everyone else has noted. Leaving the arena was a mad house. I was stuck in the same place for 1 & 1/2 hours. It's very chaotic! I have no help for this, just a fair warning. Be prepared to stay late!

Fantastic beautiful venue. They did everything right. Easy entrance and exit to the concert; great directions. The food there was first class. All the staff were so helpful. Even the bathrooms were first rate. The weather cooperated, which made it the perfect cool summer nights. Samatha Fish was amazing!! That lady can play a guitar!!! The Stones were definitely working the crowd and played an amazing show. The fireworks at the end of the show were a great touch. And kudos to the traffic direction person who jumped in to the help a woman who fell and seriously injured herself. He took care to get her the right help.
