We arrived at Thunderbird Suppy,Co.in Gallup Nm. One employee was in back of glass shelf, we needed assistance. We thought he was gonna help us but,left.so ,we waited for another employee. We got help finally.the place is clean so is restroom. If your crafty check the place out.

Didn't get all the help beads we were looking for, only a sort amount was in stock. Hopefully they are more colors to their inventory. Other than that it was always a great experience.

4 stars issss... if i could give less stars i would. Is there a half star available? The employees treated my mother and nephew horribly. The guy at the counter was very rude and tried to treat my mother like she was trying to steal. Which she absolutely was not. My nephew was treated like a miscreant and they would not let him in to select his silver supplies for his regalia. These men were very rude and made it clear that they were more interested in closing up the shop and not attend to customers that had driven over 300 miles to buy specific items that are available in their store. They could've at least been courteous. I'm very disappointed to learn that my mother and nephew were treated so poorly.

I had the worst customer service there, the lady at the popcorn machine was so rude and had a very bad attitude. The cashier had no customer service skills. Place needs improvement and coaching. I saw other customers getting treated badly, sad and frustrating to see that happening there. As a Navjo woman, I think those employees need to have better customer service and they need an attitude adjustment.

As a jewelry maker, I have been ordering supplies from this place for years. So, when we came through Gallup back in June, I was so excited to actually go in and shop in person! They have a wide variety of beads, metals, tools, and findings. Very friendly and helpful employees!

I haven't been into any of the brick and mortar stores as I live in Seattle but as far as online ordering goes, Thunderbird is the best out there. Staff is always very helpful and friendly in email exchanges and only one of my orders from them has ever been incorrect, and even then they were able to fix the issue quickly. High quality wire and findings, and 2 day delivery is very reliable. Highly recommend T-bird!

We drove two hours to Thunderbird Supply in Gallup, and it was well worth the drive. Joe the sales person who helped us, did an exceptional job serving us, very polite, patient and well knowledgeable on products. We definitely will be shopping there in future, Thunderbird Supply staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank You Joe, for the bottle of water you gave us. 🙂

Excellent selection of merchandise. Talking with Glen was a treat. He designs beautiful jewelry, but also knows his stuff. On the whole, the prices were fantastic - a three tier system works great. Would definitely come back.
