They probably have the largest variety of hpt chocolate in the Bay area. Them and Venchi I think are kind of the best ones in the game but Timothy surely has much much more variety to offer! Thick hot chocolate and their staff helps you out with exactly what you would like. Haven’t tasted their bonbons but will definitely check those out next time. They looked irresistible 😍 very nice spot!

Timothy Adams chocolates is a boutique chocolate store located right next to Ramen Nagi in Palo Alto. I stopped by this place while I was waiting in line for the ramen. The store will grab your attention right away because of its bold use of bright colors. From the moment you step inside, the rich aroma of cocoa envelops you, setting the stage for an exquisite experience.
They have a wide range of chocolate selection, boasting a variety of handcrafted treats that cater to every palate. Whether you prefer dark, milk, liquor filled, or white chocolate, this store has something to satisfy your cravings.
The quality of their chocolate was evident in every bite, with a smooth and velvety texture that melted in your mouth, but some of the chocolate buttons were lacking in flavor, especially the liquor filled ones.

Each chocolate button comes with a unique colorful pattern on top which almost looks like a wrapper or a piece of paper that you'd think you need to take off before eating the chocolate but that's not the case. Everything on the chocolate button is edible. Those unique designs correspond to different flavors of chocolate buttons.

You can either buy chocolate buttons by the piece or you can buy sets of various sizes/ counts. Regardless, you'll get a small booklet which shows all the different flavors and what they look like so you don't have to worry about remembering anything. Their gift boxes were also very cute. I bought a chocolate gift set for my friend's wedding anniversary. The packaging was top-notch.

The staff at Timothy Adams Chocolate are knowledgeable and passionate about their products. They are more than happy to assist you in selecting the perfect chocolate for your occasion or to help you explore new flavors.

Simply DELICIOUS 🍫❤️ The "sipping chocolate" (hot chocolate) was absolutely divine - smooth and rich and full-flavored. I loved that you can choose the intensity of your sipping chocolate experience and that they offer almond milk as well. This is definitely a splurge, but I will definitely be back and ready to try their chocolate buttons.

The hot chocolate like the real one the best in the US and in the world after France. It had some European French taste. Like really amazing hot chocolate, today I had the 2% milk dark chocolate. But the casier was a bit rude. The lady with the glasses, I think she was a bit tired with a end of the day and a lot of customers. Usually the service is good except today. The cup is VB kind of heavy as it’s real chocolate. I love this place well located near of the university avenue in Palo Alto, highly recommended. I will be back soon after digestion of the good milk and chocolate. Also sells chocolate not really fan of them but you can try. This place is for #hot #chocolate. I am so happy with this store in california Bay Area.
I always enjoy drinking the hot chocolate in here!!!!

I had heard this places from my friend and wanted to try it for a very long time. Finally while I was waiting in line for getting into Red amen Nagi next door I decided to come here for trying their famous hot chocolate or sipping chocolate ( as they call in the menu). I tried their sipping chocolate with the Madagascar dark chocolate with additional spices and whole milk. They do have vegan options with almond milk for additional cost. It was mind blowingly good. The hot chocolate was creamy rich with a texture that I have never had before. Now that I have had this, it will be very difficult for me to enjoy the other hot chocolate versions out there in cafes which are usually made using the ready made powder. The addition of the whole milk makes a huge difference. For those who like hot chocolate, THIS IS IT!!!😬

About 7:30 pm New Years Eve my family and I were in line at Ramen Nagi (next door) when my 2 year old great-nephew (Dax) said “I want to go in there”. I along with my 11 year old nephew, and Dax entered the shop, we immediately were overcome with excitement of the beautiful atmosphere. We were immediately greeted and asked if it was our first time visiting. When we indicated yes, the chocolitier (not sure if they truly were) begin to share the chocolates about the shop, which we really appreciate.

The stop is decorated well for the holiday season, but also very well to display and capture the uniqueness between the chocolates, from what chocolates are used for hot chocolate to which are used for milk shakes and those used for just melting on your tongue and immediately teleporting your taste senses to Euphoria!

We were immediately greeted and informed about

Recommendation:
Dax - Orange
Hunter - Lemon
Me - Ginger
Others - Salted Milk Chocolate Caramel, Peanut Butter Praline, Raspberry Praline

After dinner at Ramen Nagi the entire family return to the shop right before closing as we (especially Dax😉) shared the sheer happiness we experienced.

Our family recommends adding Timothy Adams Chocolates to your bucket list for sure!
