We went to Top Golf for my son's 16th birthday. We had never been before. I was pleasantly surprised at the superb service and the pricing of play and food (not super inflated).

Our host, Kenny, was great. He took care of everything, checked on us just the right amount of times, and was great with the teenagers.

While I didn't play, I am planning to bringing some buddies back to spend a few hours. Great job El Segundo!

I've been to topgolf many times and i am always satisfied with my service but yesterday was the worst I experienced. At first, everything was ok with our service. It was a black guy then after a few minutes they changed to a latina woman then like after an our of our play they changed to a black woman service crew. I don't know how many times crew will changed per table for 2hrs game time but it was really not good with changing crews we had. I appreciate though that they let us know that we will have a new server but it's unusual. I am with my nieces and nephew and we are asian. I reserved that table days before. The table next to us was also a family of asian. What really upset me was the last crew who served us gave our bill without saying anything. Then I just gave the card quickly since she was waiting and I had no time to review my bill but i was so surprised that it was $400+ for 2hrs game and 4 players and we order food that was just reasonable amount. So when she gave me my paid bill, that was the time i checked and I knew there was a mistake and it was because she charged me and the next table beside us. I approached her and she was insisting that it's because that's for the 2 tables. I said we're only in 1 table and we dont know the other table is. IN SHORT, SHE ASSUMED since we're both asians, all of us were in 1 group. I don't appreciate it and disrespectful and racist. The name in the tab as server was JORDAO and cashier was CARLOS. Hope this thing will never happen again and to think we're frequent customer.

A big plus is the comfortable playing bays with cozy seating, fast service, and delicious food. The menu was a pleasant surprise, offering everything from snacks to full meals, along with a great selection of drinks. The music and friendly vibe make the experience even better.

Dyson is a legend, helped us set up the game and checked in with us throughout our night. We were a difficult party of 6 with casual golf experience. Dyson read the room perfectly and made our experience so much better by stepping in to assist wherever possible. Dyson even took a couple demo swings which helped my game. Felt like southern hospitality - professional and relaxed.
We’ve been here multiple times and can honestly say that this location is lucky to have the staff. Thanks very much and see y’all soon! Happy golfing 🙂
