Look if you live in the El Segundo, Ca area or are visiting the area you have to check out this dojo. One of the best dojos I have attended. Great instructional bjj. Great training partners. It felt like I knew some the them all my life. This is a gem. I am telling you this place is awesome. You will learn something. You will leave better than you came , I know I did!!! Thanks Torse House for such an awesome experience!!!

One of the best BJJ schools in the country! I've trained in big gyms and small gyms across the US. Torse House is hands down my favorite.

Not only is the Owner/Professor Thaigo knowledgeable, he's fun and he truly knows each student. He doesn't push anyone to compete, but this gym is still filled with high level competitors and world champions!

The curriculum is well thought out and we make sure to get tons of quality reps without missing out on sparring time. I couldn't recommend this school highly enough.

Torse House is an exceptional school and the best place to train in the South Bay / Near LAX!

Professor Thiago (Owner) is an accomplished competitor with a wealth of knowledge that he is able to communicate effectively to his students in a very hands-on, detailed and understandable way. Whether you are a competitor, hobbyist or just interested in general fitness, Thiago and his amazing team of coaches will make sure you meet your goal!

Best place to train in the South bay hands down. Great training environment for the whole family, my niece and myself train here for the last 3 years. Professor Thaigo is one of the best when it comes to teaching the complex art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and presents it to his students in matter that anybody can learn! Also they have two bathrooms and a water machine. I'm very fortunate to find this gym near my home.

Fantastic place to train BJJ. A bunch of nice people in a super friendly environment.
Professor Thiago Rodrigues is the head coach. He is a black belt from Brazil, is one of the most technical fighters I have ever seen and amazing teacher.
You will find group classes, kids classes, women classes and competitors classes in so many different schedules.
Whatever is your goal with the practice, this is for sure the place to take your BJJ to the next level

First off, if you are reading this review, asking yourself if you should join this BJJ class, DO IT, tomorrow, and look no further.

First, you rarely go to a class where the actual owner, and black belt professional teaches all the classes, and is completely hands on with all of his students.

Second, professor Thiago is very patient with his students, BUT will push you very hard to be in the best shape possible while perfecting your technique.

Third, there is a verity of training partners, from white belts to brown belts, and every partner that I have had is very good at drilling, which is very important to me.

Thiago has an amazing skill with the kids where he is very cute with them, but also expects much discipline and work ethic from them. Something all our kids need!

Lastly, this studio is like a family, and I was welcomed in with arms wide open from the time I stepped in. We all need a wholesome community, and you will find that here.

Thiago really cares about his students, he cares about the reputation of his gym, he cares about your health and fitness, he cares about you getting better. He is a great guy, and this is a great gym. It will be worth every penny you put into it.

Awesome learning environment. The team is super nice and everyone is there to help each other. Thiago is a super knowledgeable black belt instructor who gives all the students 1 on 1 instruction. I highly recommend for any belt level .
