My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights to be near SFO. It is about 12 minutes away from the airport. It is in the nicer part of Foster City where there are mostly industrial buildings. Within the complex of the hotel is Habit Burger, FedEx and Panera. Within 5 minutes walking is another shopping complex that has Target, BJ,...many American restaurants.

The hotel room itself is decently spacious for 2 queen beds. We could hear people walking around from the room above. The room was absolutely hot...75 and 76 and we couldn't seem to get the AC running to cool it down.

We booked the place because we needed a freezer which the room has basic kitchenette accessories.

Breakfast had a variety of choices.

Overall, we will stay again next time.

Very convenient location! A quick ride to and from the SFO airport. Shopping center is right next door so you can walk to it! Free breakfast in the morning, clean rooms, friendly staff!

Stayed two nights at this hotel for business meetings in the area. I got checked in and headed to the room. The room was tidy and clean. The beds were a bit stiff and the pillows softer than what I like. However it was quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The water pressure and hot water were great!

There is small fitness area on the first floor with cardio equipment and some weights.

I did not try the breakfast. It was typical American which is too carb heavy for my liking.

Nicely located hotel in Foster City, within walking distance to a shopping mall with restaurants, coffee shops, Target, and other retailers. Rooms were clean, although the fresh paint smell was a bit too strong. Clean common area and free breakfast is included. Parking lot is long and narrow, but plenty of spaces.

Surprisingly, I’ve never been to Foster City. It was over an hour drive from where I live. So we decided to get a room at TownePlace Suites.

So theres no difference from the other TownePlace Suites I’ve stayed at which is a good thing (that means they stay consistent). I love that there’s no parking fee and there’s plenty of parking. The hotel is close to shopping and eateries. The area looks “industrial” and “business” type area.

The lobby is pretty simple. There is a dining area as they do serve continental breakfast. The overall look of the hotel looks pretty brand new. I’m not sure when this one was built but i was glad that it was a nice one. Sometimes the lobby will look new but the rooms will be outdated. This one is pretty modern.

We got a suite with a king bed. Very nice and spacious. There’s a kitchenette and a fridge. If you need longer than 2 days, this would be the plays. You can buy food and cook here. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice and friendly. My check-in went fairly smooth.

Note: it’s weird when i reserved the room it said that I pre-paid. But when i got to the hotel they said I wasn’t charged yet. Hmmm… ok. I’ll have to make sure I’m not double charged. Overall experience is 4stars.

One the best TownPlaces you will stay in. Marina and her staff are doing great. Rooms are clean, food is great, and location is amazing with many shops and restaurants around.

Excellent location, friendly staff and spacious suite. |Traveled with family - 1 of whom uses a walker/wheelchair and needs handicap access, and this hotel was great. The location was awesome - close to stores and restaurants galore! |The room was comfortable - we stayed in the 2-bedroom/2-bath suite and it was very comfortable. The bed was a bit high, but comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and had good water pressure. |I'd recommend staying here - especially if you need a bit more space.

Very clean and relatively new hotel. Good location with many restaurants (Starbucks chipotle fish grill) and target store nearby.
