When I first walked in to Toyota of Turnersville, I was immediately greeted by Ozzie Perez at the counter and told him I’d like to test drive the 4Runner they had (1 of 1 on the lot) After my test drive I fell in love with the truck immediately. I mean, it’s everything you’d want! TRDPro off road package, the spacious and clean interior, it’s the whole package! I can’t wait to enjoy my adventures with my pup in this for years to come. Ozzie and the manager really opened my eyes to what this truck is capable of, and it had my name all over it. Ozzie, as well as the rest of the team involved in helping me through the process, were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and above all-FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. They really made the entire process smooth and seamless and explained everything to me so I could understand it! (They even stuck with me through some pretty silly questions..) but overall, my experience buying from Toyota of Turnersville was absolutely outstanding!

Advice: ask how long your service will take! I came in for an oil change, and have been waiting about 3 hours. I repeatedly had to ask what was happening, request updates, and follow up. I agreed to new tires, but if someone had told me it would take 3 hours, I would have happily made other arrangements. Lesson learned—be sure to ask ahead how long everything will take!

My experience with Toyota Turnersville has been great. I was unhappy with my Toyota Tacoma due to a lack of cab room and leg room and let did a fair trade in and I walked away with a new Toyota Tundra! Good people to deal with. I am happy with my new truck!

Went in for an oil change but found out I needed a new belt and spark plugs. I know I know they always find things but these guys are genuinely trying to help. Even hooked me up with a coupon to alleviate some of the cost. I’m just trying to keep this Toyota running as long as I can and this is where I trust.
