He patiently answered all my questions about my recently booked travel package, making me feel completely at ease. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding, and I now only want to work with him moving forward. I give this company 5 stars overall ONLY because of Debra Leonard. She is by far amazing!!!! I have had the pleasure of working with her, and she exceeded my expectations. There was confusion about what I paid for, and the information was not explained correctly, if at all, but Debra was knowledgeable and incredibly patient. She took the time to understand my issue in detail and provided a solution with which I was pleased. She then booked my vacation. I highly recommend Debra Leonard for her top-notch customer care!

So with every company, there are good apples and bad apples. Thankful for the good apples that clean up after the bad apples I got a call to upgrade my service with this company and was made all kinds of promises. I should’ve known they were too good to be true. When I called up to book my next vacation, fortunately I was able to get in touch with Eli K. I asked Eli a lot of questions in regards to promises that were made to me and he said he was so sorry that I was misinformed on many aspects of the program. So in good faith, he refunded my money that I paid for the so-called upgrade. And promised in writing the vacations that were promised. Thank you, Eli. You will be the one and only that I contact when I am planning my trips and I hope you get commissions from them. By the way, these five stars are for Eli.

I rate the company 5 stars overall ONLY because of Debra Leonard. She goes above and beyond to make the vacation experience the best possible. I recently had upgraded my vacation package and was trying to book a vacation at Waikiki, but the prior agent wasn't able to book any properties at that location. Debra looked into the issue and found a solution and had 4 options available to me. She then booked my vacation at the SVC Waikiki Marina resort. I highly recommend Debra Leonard for her top-notch customer care and any future trips I will be contacting her to book my next vacation.

Excellent service. William White patiently answered all my questions and helped me reserve a spot in California for a better budget based on my requirements. He also recommended a better stay for my friend and I in Cancun, since I had the White Glove service and it wouldn't be any extra charge. I'm looking forward to my trips!
