Love this store. The team are so nice and helpful and not snobby or judgmental to beginner cyclists.

Tim helped me out looking for a bike. I ended up buying a used one from a private seller, but in my travels looking for a bike, Tim was the best salesperson I came across.

Greg the mechanic is super knowledgeable and helpful as well. He fixes things fast on the first go.

Tim was supper nice and supportive to our needs. We purchased a bike for our granddaughter for her birthday. Tim adjusted the bike to our granddaughter's height and weight. The bike may be a bit small for her as she is a growing girl and could outgrow this bike within a year or two. Tim suggested she come into the shop and try an adult bike to see if she would like it better, he would order her one and she could exchange the bike we bought her. I don't know of any other business that would do this! It's supper helpful to know someone really cares about their customers and not just the money behind the sale.

The team at Encinitas Trek are awesome! They always answered our many questions about the EMTB's and we never felt pushed to purchased. When we did, they kept us informed of the process and when we picked them up, they went through everything to make sure we have a great riding experience. I wanted to share the great experience we had with Austin at the Trek shop in Encinitas. He was incredibly professional and patient, helping us tune up my daughter’s old bike. Austin didn’t just fix the issue; he took the time to explain how we could maintain it at home, which was really helpful. The bike had been sitting in the garage, covered in spider webs and dust, but Austin went the extra mile by cleaning it up and making it shine like new. That attention to detail made a big difference.

Thanks to Austin’s excellent service and positive attitude, we ended up buying a brand new bike for my daughter, and she couldn’t be happier. There are plenty of shops that sell bikes, but it’s the service that truly sets one apart. Because of Austin, we’ll be coming back to Trek in Encinitas for all our future bike purchases. Thanks Greg @ Trek Encinitas for helping out 2 Canadian gal visiting to ride bikes. After unpacking our bikes we needed assistance with re-installing our derailleurs.
