Very disappointed!
In short, I dropped my car off on a Saturday for repair, picked it up on the following Monday, only to find the problem was still there. In addition, I noticed my tires did not look the same, and told my daughter (who recommended this shop) that my tires have never looked like this. I clean and shine my car and tires weekly (when weather permits). Also, what this shop didn’t know is that I had my car certified to drive for Uber just a few days prior to leaving my car with them. My tires tread gaged at a 7. Anything 5 and under would not have passed the certification.
I then took my car to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation, mainly because I received a special/coupon in the mail. The mechanic at the dealer informed me they would not be able to perform a tire rotation on the two front tires because there was not enough tread on the tires, they gaged at a 2. He visibly showed me by inserting the gage into my front tire treads, they were a 2.
This is the short version of my experience with this auto shop. Of course they denied swapping my tires with lame excuses, which I'm not surprised. Also, it should be noted they had my car stored on the outside on their back lot alongside other cars. Perhaps something happened while they were closed, I don't know. But what I do know is my tires were swapped while there!
They invited me to come back and check out the parts they installed on my car, etc. since I was still having problems. That’s definitely a big fat NO for me, because I know, that I know, I picked my car up from this shop with tires that did not belong to me, and I have no future plans on visiting this shop again.
While at the dealer, I asked them to give me a quote on the repairs that this shop made. It would have cost me a considerable amount more to have the car dealer repair my car, which, at this point, would have been worth every penny because I highly doubt that I would have had to return my car after a repair, and would have certainly not have to deal with the tires situation.
I highly recommend if you use this shop, take visible note of your car before you leave it with them.

Always quick and reliable. They have fixed other mechanics mistakes for me but also performed the best repairs since I switched to them for my auto repairs. Never feel price gouged or taken advantage of. They just do honest business. Much appreciated
