This company treated us with utter disrespect. I am a small coffee business. We paid over $1000 to do a booth at an event Tricord provided services for. At the end of the event they trapped my truck behind the teardown and ignored me for over 2 hours. Before I would have been trapped behind all the loading they asked me to move my truck and could have mentioned moving to a spot we would not be trapped in. After an exhausting 3 days of doing an event I needed to get back to our facility to clean our service equipment and prepare for our weekly farmers market the next morning. The long wait was completely unconscionable.
For this event I paid an extra $135 for electric hook-up. A week before the event they called me (a single vendor, not the event organizer) and demanded a total of $825 for electric hook-up. As a small startup this is outside my budget but fortunately the event organizers said they would absorb the additional cost. Despite this being worked out with them ahead of time they rudely came up to our coffee booth at a busy time and demanded the money in front of a bunch of our customers.
This has been the worst experience I have had in a very long time. I would definitely steer clear of this company that has so little respect for the customer.
