I had a new inbox machine and I wanted to learn how to use it. Trish was so fantastic and very patient. We took the new machine out of the box and went over all the parts, dials and pieces. She showed me how to thread the machine and away were went. We practiced Stitching - reversing and threading. and then we made a small drawstring bag at the end. It was so much fun. I had not sewn in many years and it all came back. Trish was easy to learn from and I left sure that I can use it. And if not, I have somewhere to go back and learn more. She's very creative and I got to see many projects and I can't wait to come back to play

This is the cutest shop with treasures everywhere you look. A quilty friend and I visited mid-Dec from San Diego and met the owner Trish. She is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is a gem. Lots of modern fabric with all new lines because the shop is only a year old. So many things to look at. There are kits, classes and lots of gift stuff like stickers, cups, tags, etc. We'll definitely be back.

Another business that just flat sucks.. I just drove from Fullerton and really needed to use the restroom... I was told they are only for customers... Basically I was treated like a "homeless" person because I have a beard... Great way to treat a possible customer... End of story to deny anyone the basic necessity of a restroom is wrong...

Your employee, so gentle and respectful, yes try to defend your reputation... I will not make up excuses... It makes no difference if a person buys anything... And... I actually had intended to browse your shop once my bathroom emergency was taken care of... But you by extension of your kind and respectful employee chose to not even wait till I was done with my statement before blurting out you have to buy something or leave... To which I did not spew obscenities.. I merely made a single observation of the attitude I was given...

As for storming off... I did no such thing... I drove off at a normal speed, as you stated I gave a hand gesture, if I had stormed off you would not have been able to see me...

Your statement that whatever "homeless" means you and everyone understands what that means... Having lived in a hotel with my family for 7 years and barely being able to survive, I can tell when someones attitude is based on the way someone looks, my beard is unruly, my hair is long, I don't dress in a suit and tie... I do not fit the style of every person that entered your store while I attempted to contact the map store next to you.. Your clientele are more upscale than I am... I make no attempt to fit with the upscale people... But my family has come far since those days.. And I carry blankets and make it a point to give aid to those you shun...

Your neighboring store that is woman owned had no issue with me using her restroom... And if I had use of the products she sold I might have bought something...

You can say what you want, defend how you like, the bottom line is you and your employee made a sanp judgment before you knew the entire story.. As for what I might have purchased,. My son asked if we could go to your store as he needed to get some fabric and notions for a cos-play.. But again I was not allowed to even finish my statement before being politely told to leave..

What a wonderful new addition to the area. This store is bright and cheerful with a wide variety of modern fabrics with some brands not seen at other shops in town. A large class room is also within the store with many adorable classes for kids and adults. Trish was such a pleasure to meet and welcoming to our group as we shopped. We look forward to our next shopping trip to this area to get some more lovely quilting goodies.
