I have to say, me and a lot of people are having a lot of laughs and listening to some really good music and enjoying drinks on a Wednesday night. When I was in need of a laugh and listen to really good music. Thanks for the good time T or C Brewing Co. and the host Aly Shea. It was a night to remember!

I’ve been going here since they opened usually once a week. There Monday night quiz is fun. I like the outdoor patio area but it’s not very big. They did expand the indoor space into another room which is a good thing, as the place is not very big, though it’s time they put some art on the walls I get a little tied to look at blank walls. Feels like the new room is unfinished.
The beer is decent not a lot of options on tap they rarely have ambers. There and no 20 ounce glasses which is a bit strange I think for a brewery. The 16 ounce glass is the largest serving and because of that their beer can be pricey. They don’t offer food other than chips and jarred salsa for sale. There’s a Mexican restaurant next-door and they will provide you with a menu. You can bring in your own food/snacks though which is what we usually do. Honestly I prefer when brewery’s do that and focus on beer not the food or do a rotation of food trucks would be ideal. Too many breweries try to be restaurants and rarely get it right in LC. Dog friendly is a huge plus.

We were greeted by a very nice woman. She welcomed us and our two dogs. 🐕 She explained the menu, offered samples that peeked our interest, and even got our dogs a water bowl. The beer was delicious, but the service was primo!!! Thank you for having us, and I highly recommend the green chile amber. 🤌

Why you’d need a fire pit in New Mexico is beyond me… does it ever get cold here?

Regardless, the cold beer helps keep the sweat at bay. They also have misters (pictured) around the patio. They also have a beagle named Beagle wandering around, though I’m not sure he’s a permanent fixture.

I got Squeeze the Sun, a fruited IPA and at first sip I understood the brand. They’re big into hops, big into flavor, and seemingly big into quality.

They also have a sweet walk up window pictured above that roadrunner rooster bird painting.

When it comes to choosing between truth or consequences, I choose both, hoping to experience the best of either.

Great beer.

No food... BUT because of that they let you bring in outside food. (That's cool)

Dig friendly

Sorry, but this place is weird. The people are nice and the service e was good. The selection of beer is just OK in my opinion. I only tried three of their offerings and each was OK but not something I would award with a trophy or anything.

The problem here is the main sitting area. It’s like an empty room in the back of a church or VFW hall. Just four sheetrock walls with no character and terrible acoustics. It’s kind of depressing actually.
