Went here for a UCF event to pick up some tickets. The room is very small and has pretty out dated decor. There are a lot of entry/exit points which would be nice when used correctly. The room also has lots of natural light, which can be good or bad. I was told that there were not facilities on site for those guests needing the restroom, unless they were just closed for our event which wouldnt really make much sense. There is a "lobby" area before you enter the ballroom through the main entrance, however it's small and could barely fit a table for check in, for example.
