UNM has a really good walking, running trail behind the school which to me is really good and a total workout with the way it's design. I do two miles every other day and when I am finished my legs are sore. It's not a level trail so be prepared to really work your lungs, butt, and legs. There is security on the property which is good and the view is spectacular You can see pyramid rock from the trail you can see Church Rock from the trail You can see the beautiful sunset on the mountains is awesome if you haven't gone I would suggest that you do go this trail is no joke especially if you're beginner like me.

Extremely difficult to register for classes, or get anyone of their staff to return your calls. Even after leaving multiple messages. Campus staff are rude and unhelpful nor supportive. Vee frustrating and reason I applied eith another university and completed my degree

UNM has the branch campuses in Farmington also. Together University campus life brings the city of Gallup inspired to increase student enrollment.

I do not attend UNM for school. I go for the fitness trail and it is great way to start the day.
