Veterans Beware! This post is terrible. Leadership is actively hostile to members. They have a weird rule about not being able to talk about post policy, even in policy meetings. This is a dying post. Go join a better one, there are many outstanding ones in the area.

Monday and Thursday meals are open to the public. Dan is trying new recipes and gets very little money...so the more eaters we have the more he earns. The members are so nice and welcoming. You can't beat $3.50 for a gin &tonic. Thanks to my husband, I belong to both the VFW and American Legion Auxiliaries. Come eat with us ..serving at 6 and collecting $ after 5:15.

Don't recommend this place I had a party in this place and someone shut down the water in women's restroom. Woman's , kids and men's had to use men's restroom and the employees didn't fixed the restroom saying that they fixed one's and they can't fixed again. I had to stock paper towels, toilet paper and fixed the problem my self in the restrooms for my guests.having all this problems they took almost all the deposit, saying that I didn't clean the place.I spend 1 1/2 cleaning and mopping everything and one more thing is the every time my guests from the party when to get beer from the bar the bartender didn't care he will made them wait on till he was free to get the beer that I payed and I payed for bartender hours too if you pay for the service you should be priority horrible service and really a bad experience.

Veterans who enjoy the company and commiseration of other vets will enjoy this post. Political views are respected, but because of how heated the views can become, are asked to be kept to ones self. Great people, great place, good food, and fellowship! 5*

The VFW post and the American Legion share the building . There is a canteen for members only . There is a large parking lot . There is a sign on Hazel Ave you must be going north on to turn and the street is easy to miss .

Great bunch of folks here I was nicely greeded. And Brenity was the main attraction she is very nice and a sweetheart. The drinks are great and the staff is fantastic.

Great folks ... friendly service, truly lovely place to visit and relax in the shade outdoors in the park-setting and reflect on how fortunate we are and show our GRATITUDE to All our VETERANS for their SERVICE and sacrifices made on our behalf.
