Israel and Rolando replaced two of our windows. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to have both windows replaced in just a few hours. It’s been a few days now since they replaced them and we have had zero issues. This is the second time Israel has been out to our house for maintenance and he has been the best person out of all of the maintenance personal we’ve encountered. He takes his job seriously and does excellent work.

I recently had a maintenance technician Joe Hernandez come out to relight my hot water heater, and I was very impressed with the service. Joe arrived on time, was professional, and explained the process clearly. They first inspected the unit to ensure there were no gas leaks or other safety concerns. Then, they carefully followed the manufacturer’s instructions to relight the pilot light, making sure everything was functioning correctly.

What stood out to me was the technician’s attention to detail. They didn’t just relight the heater and leave—they took the time to check the water temperature, ensure proper ventilation, and give me a few maintenance tips to prevent future issues. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that the job was done safely and correctly.

Overall, I highly recommend this technician for any water heater maintenance needs. Their expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I’ll definitely call them again for future repairs.

Arlene Jimenez was our leasing agent and she is absolutely amazing. Got in touch with us 24 hours after we send our application and told us exactly what we needed and paperwork to send. Was great at communicating from the very beginning and even now that we have been in the property for a month she keeps responding and making sure we have what we need. Can’t believe how easy and stress free it has been, as it is our first PCS move at least with the housing part. She is very professional and friendly women. If you have the luck to get her as your leasing agent you will be in great hands!!!

Feel management does a good job keeping the properties clean and updated. Maintenance has come pretty quick in the few times I needed them to fix items. Very professional staff when helping me in my situation leaving the housing. I worked with Samantha who was very knowledgeable and organized.

So I’d previously heard some not so flattering things about the villages of Fort Irwin and the house clearing process. This was far from my experience!
