Lovely window displays, and it looks like an interesting gallery (I live just half a block away and pass it every day). Unfortunately, rarely open, even at the stated hours – apparently mostly a "special events" space, devoted to art-parties and art storage.

The Voss Gallery is a great place to find amazing artwork. From prints, small painting, larger pieces, and sculptural work, Voss Gallery is a great stop for all types of art enthusiasts. Its super easy to get to as well being 1 block west from the 24th street BART station. With so many things around the area too, its a great area to grab a bite to eat, check out artwork, then settle in at bar for a drink or two.
