I recently had the pleasure of staying at Waldorf Astoria Orlando and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel itself is stunning – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and filled with luxurious touches that made me feel like royalty. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night of my stay.

The service throughout my visit was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was the valet attendant, the friendly housekeeping staff, or the knowledgeable restaurant servers, everyone was dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Speaking of the restaurant, the dining experience at Peacock Alley, Aquamarine and Oscar's was outstanding. The food was delicious, and the variety of options offered something for everyone.

The hotel’s amenities are also worth mentioning. The spa, pool, gym and golf course were top-notch, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at Disney World.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Waldorf Astoria Orlando truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here-from the rooms to staff, everyone and everything was top notch. I want to highlight Jaime at the pool. His service from the restaurant was unparalleled. He was attentive, despite it being fairly busy, and he did a phenomenal job remembering our specific drink requests. He was friendly, welcoming and overall amazing. Exactly what you’d want in a server. Isabella was also so helpful on our first day. She was approachable and kind!

Prior to arrival, a personal concierge contacted me to ensure that our stay would be memorable. Luke and Karina assisted with upgrading our room, dinner reservations, spa booking, information regarding Disney parks and arranging transportation to Disney Springs for dinning.

Upon arrival, Valet staff greeted my family, helped with luggage and looked after our vehicle promptly. Throughout our stay, Valet staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

When entering the Waldorf Astoria, we were amazed with opulent interior, cleanliness, a wonderful aroma, attention to detail, bright, welcoming atmosphere and luxury. A professional, young fellow at the front desk assisted my family. We had arrived earlier then expected. Our room wasn't quite ready but he quickly found an equivalent room that we could occupy at the time.

Hotel employee who assisted with our luggage was very well informed, had wonderful recommendations and always pleasant. Our luggage was brought to our room quickly.

Elevators clean, fast and efficient. We entered our Deluxe 2 Queen, Disney fireworks view room. Room was very spacious, plush bedding, exquisite amenities, classy bathroom with large shower plus tub and designer toiletries. Our closet offered 2 soft robes and comfortable slippers. Our view was stunning, overlooking gulf course, well maintained pools, cabanas and a fabulous view of Disney's Epcot ball. We enjoyed the comfort and convenience watching a nightly firework performance from our room. Attention to detail was exquisite. Cleaning staff was impeccable and always made sure our room was grand.

The Waldorf's prime location is outstanding. It's ideally situated to Walt Disney parks. The shuttle service is well done and organized making your trips to Disney flawless and hassle free.

Waldorf has many exquisite dinning options. We loved the Peacock and La Luce. They were both very accommodating to my little guy. My son wants you to know, that the Peacock serves the best chocolate milk ever! The truffle fries and burrata were greatly enjoyed.

My spa treatment with Vivian was phenomenal. I booked a early morning massage on a rainy day. Worked out very well. Unparalleled level of comfort and indulgence from the moment you set foot into the spa. My spa treatment was a tranquil, relaxing and luxurious experience.

Thank you Waldorf Astoria. We are looking forward to our next stay.

My family recently spent 10 days at here and it was truly a 5-star experience, just as described on their website and what you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria property. Everything about our stay was exceptional, including the Christmas themes!

The hotel exceeded expectations in nearly every way. Our suite was beautiful and very modern and clean. The restaurants offered delicious meals, from fine dining to Asian fusion, and the Breakfast Buffet was absolutely fantastic—plenty of variety and top-notch quality (I really enjoyed the omelettes and the scones). The pools and recreation areas were wonderful, featuring hammocks, cabanas, a hot tub, and outdoor games that made it easy to unwind. The lush golf greens added to the luxury feel, even though I didn’t have time to golf, thanks to Disneyland. The gym was well-equipped and a pleasure to use. We didn’t get to enjoy the spa (though we really wanted to!) because our Disney visits kept us busy, but it’s something to look forward to on a future trip.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I had expected a few more perks during our stay. However, I am grateful for all the extras provided and the incredibly nice staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Fantastic Hotel!

We really loved our stay. Hotel staff were fabulous, rooms exceptionally clean and beautiful. Beds comfy, amazing pool area for kids and we just felt so welcome and at home. We’d love to come back and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Have stayed many times at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando over the years . It’s got a rich bright airy feel to it. Clean as can be . Rooms are nicely laid out . As the years go by, as with many top luxury hotels I’ve stayed in , the service is usually lacking . And it’s not the workers fault as much as it’s limited staffing . |My recent stay , my room wasn’t cleaned before 2pm. At that point , I turned off the service light because I wanted to just relax in my room before dinner . I saw about 5 rooms near mine that still had their green service lights on. Front desk had only 1 person. No one to ask if you need something or to ask a question . I found the front valet guys extremely helpful and attentive . There was an Indian Asian wedding going on this weekend and I had a feeling it would last a few days and involve a large amount of attendees so I checked out early to avoid the crowds and worsening service issues .

The following day, Jean at the front desk went above and beyond by helping us book a reservation at the steakhouse within the hotel. This level of personalized service made our stay even more special.

Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that left us energized for the day. The entire team, from the front desk to housekeeping, food and beverage, bell services, and valet, contributed to an exceptional experience.

The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s truly the team’s dedication to service that makes it stand out. We look forward to returning to Waldorf Astoria for another unforgettable stay.
