Honestly deserves 0 stars.
Brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Process was fairly easy and took about an hour. Left the dealership and got not even half a mile down us1 before my tire ROLLED OFF MY CAR WHILE DRIVING ON US1. Took them over 20 minutes to come get me and my vehicle, which again was less than half a mile down the road. My service advisor Rob was very apologetic and did his best to update me. However nobody from management had the decency to reach out to me to address the situation. I had to call multiple times and explain what happened to multiple people before getting a call from anybody in management. I asked for the GM on every occasion and still have yet to receive a call from him, then was told he’s not over the service department anyways At the BARE MINIMUM they replaced the rim, tire sensors and locks. When I went to pick up my vehicle it appeared the rotor was not replaced and was still damaged, which obviously wasn’t that way before the incident. After I addressed this they did replace it but wouldn’t have if I didn’t check it before. Further more, told me they replaced the tire but to my surprise they put the same tire back on. I felt they took this situation way too lightly and should have been handled much more professionally. I might expect this from a small repair shop / oil change store but definitely expected better from a dealership, especially a large one like this. Honestly was a very scary experience and their lack of follow up and accountability didn’t make me feel at ease. I would never trust this service department to work on my car ever again. After reading the reviews it seems most of the negative reviews are from the service department.

I had been looking for a new jeep Gladiator for a few weeks and shopped on line and in person at a couple of dealerships that were a short distance from my home in Florida. After a while and with a less than average experience shopping, i thought I would wait until i went to New york (where i work in the summer months) to start the shopping process again. I made some calls to NY dealerships and was inspired to wait for the trip up north but during my on line shopping, a Wallace Chrysler Jeep Ram add popped up and had photos of what i was looking for in a Jeep vehicle. It was a further drive from my home (1hr 10 mins) than i would have taken while shopping in person but after talking with Sales person Doug Diamond i felt a confident feeling that I would have the experience i would expect from a quality Dealership. Well… i was Right!! I was welcomed in the door at the front desk by a very excited individual that made me feel like i was old friends with everyone in there. And they were going to find a way to put me into the vehicle i was looking for. Mr Diamond met me promptly and spoke to me more about what i was interested in. He grabbed a few keys and took me outside and showed me and educated me on the difference between each vehicle . All i can say is, he knew his products and proceeded to educate me on things I wasn’t aware of on these vehicles. I felt that he really wanted me to be sure my choice was going to be the right fit for me even if it might change my mind about my purchase. Well they found and sold me the vehicle that i was searching for and the process and final sales experience could not be any better!! Everyone i encountered from the time i walked in, from the excited person at the front desk, to Doug ,to Tony (the super friendly sales Manager) and to the financial team , Thank you !!!

Kyle, the Sales Manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive . He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I honestly did not plan on buying that day and left my trade-in 2nd key at home which Kyle offered to swing by the next day on his way to work....that's customer service!!!

Jesus, my salesman, was equally impressive. He was patient, attentive, and truly listened to our needs and entertained my kids. Both Kyle and Jesus demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism.
