This is a photo of yesterday of two employees staring at brown people. Another person labeled as asset protection also comes up and watches. Keep in mind, I know the two people that they are staring at and I decided to film it to just show how racial prejudice Walmart is. I rarely go here. Have a full video of this.

As an establishment it’s clean and the cashier staff is friendly. although I did see many other staff on their phones walking in groups “while working” (it took 3 employees to push a cart around and collect out of place items), I was stuck behind them trying to do my shopping. I was looking for tape and couldn’t find it and I honestly felt like I couldn’t ask them bc I felt like I would be interrupting their good time.

The Walmart on Elk Grove Blvd is the first Walmart open in Elk Grove. I stopped coming to this Walmart after the second Walmart in Elk Grove opened on Bruceville Road. I stopped by this Walmart this evening because it is on my way. I found out this Walmart is much better than the one in my memory! The sales floor looks clean and very well maintained. The workers are also very nice. I think I’ll shop at this store more often now!

Simple question for assistance to get a toothpaste product that was on the top shelf went wrong. The worker said their were plenty in stock and didn’t want to get it down from the top shelf. The product I needed was not on a reachable shelf. She clearly scanned the wrong product and wouldn’t assist. She actually was gaslighting me saying it was the same product but she was wrong.She had a whole speech walking to look at what I needed very condescending for no apparent reason. So, I had to jump and get the product myself. Must say this location are full of grumpy workers.

Bad customer service. Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to help me at the front counter with my return. I asked other workers who were standing around, and they told me someone was coming.
The guy finally came to the front but refused to return my items and told me he couldn't help me with my return because I didn't buy it at that location. Showed him walmarts policy, but that didn't matter to him.

I have tried to get ahold of someone at this store, 5 times now in the last 45 minutes. 🤬No one will answer the phone. What the hell kind of custom service is that. I needed 4 tires put on and can’t get ahold of anybody.

There was no real experience. It was Walmart. I went in, got what I needed and left. Although some Walmarts I go to make you ring that buzzer for certain items and the employee never comes, all the time. I didn't need any locked items from this Walmart though. I asked one employee where the extension chords were and she knew where they were.
