Had my 1st routine service done at this dealership. All staff I came in contact with were friendly and professional. My car was taken in to service on time and returned to me in the time frame that was promised. They also performed an all points inspection while I was there and topped off fluids, etc at no extra charge. They also reported my service to Carfax on my behalf. Will definitely be returning for my future service needs.

I have only had experience with the service department, but these guys are great! Both times I have taken my car in for service, Jared has gone above and beyond to ensure my 2012 Toyota was taken care of quickly and professionally. I sincerely appreciate the excellent communication and no-nonsense approach to what is and isn't needed. Their service pricing is excellent compared with other quotes I received from a dealership in Phoenix. I won't take my Toyota anywhere else, and I fully intend to shop at Webb when I finally decide to buy another car.

Jessie Chester is a very great person to work with, was helpful in every way possible, and showed compassion in what I needed in a vehicle. Everything was great until I meant the sales manager named Lorenzo Garcia. He is very rude, placed pressure on you, and I felt threatened. I withdrew the deal because of his bad manners and how he treats a customer. I'm pretty sure he treats his sales team the same way. Very unprofessional! I will try another dealership.

I am in town only for a couple of months but my truck needed scheduled maintenance done. I made my appt for as early as I could on my day off (what I usually do at my regular dealership) and was very surprised when my truck was ready in a little over an hour. I'm usually at my regular dealership about 4 hours. The staff were provided excellent customer service. The technician went over all paperwork and explained everything thoroughly which my other dealership does not do. I was very happy with my experience with this dealership.

If ur In need of a new or used vehicle I definitely recommend going to Webb Toyota nd asking for Jason S. to help with the process.. He makes It very easy nd understandable especially for someone like me as a first time buyer.. We felt very welcomed by him nd are very grateful that he helped me get my very first vehicle.. Pretty sad when you go in for an oil change. 3 technicians are shooting the $hi+ and the service advisor is playing games on his phone. It's understandable that I was just walking in for an oil change so I would have to wait, but to be told to come back in 2 hours and then I'll still have to wait 2-3 hours is crazy. Do better, maybe act halfway interested in having business
