Your pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Your staff seems barely trained. In the course of the hour plus I’ve been waiting for a single prescription I have witnessed your tech in the window require 7 different instances of help to simply complete handing medication to a patient. They are unfamiliar with the system they use and beyond slow at filling prescriptions. Over half your windows are closed. Your wait time says 20 minutes. It has been over an hour. This is the third time I have experienced these issues with what should be a very very simple job. I don’t know if it is your staffing, your training, or perhaps the job is so difficult it should be outsourced to a robot.

I’ve had the worst respiratory problems since November. They told me different things each time I went to the ER. They keep blaming it on smoking but I had to quit bc of all this.. so it’s not that at all. And here I am at 1:57 Am with a pulled ass because yall don’t know how to do your jobs. Thats awesome. Appreciate the help ya losers.

Unprofessional they talk about you and you can hear them. They questioned me instead of helping. Very sad experience, but it’s the army. Kept me in a dark room.

I can't count how many times I've seen a doctor off post who sends prescriptions to Weed Army Community Hospital where I go to the pharmacy and am told at the pharmacy they don't have it. Today I was even given contact information, I relayed it to the off post doctors office who have made attempts to contact the pharmacy in which no one has answered the phone and there is no option to leave a message. This has been the routine on multiple trips and I have not seen any improvement. As far as communication goes it seems easier to take a couple hours out of your day to be seen off post and receive the prescription off post instead of make a short trip to Weed Army Community Hospital just to be sent back home empty handed. I would suggest that at the window of the pharmacy that they try to solve the issue for the patient to get the care they need.

Hey Cpt McCormick at the JVTMC good job down playing soldier injury’s and trying to compare the pain In my body to the pain a Walmart employee has in there feet like they are the same some
Of us actually do manual labor and get premature injuries so for you to say everyone has pain as a means to gaslight and make it seem like I’m overreacting you don’t deserve the title of professional not to mention this hospital patient advocate won’t even answer the phone or call back

Horrible place. Was bleeding for 13 days straight and told it was normal “breakthrough bleeding” and given ibuprofen, and sent home after waiting 6 hours in the waiting room. Went to an ACTUAL emergency room and was diagnosed with Fibroids. If you can help it, don’t waste your time on this place.

Family medicine Dr. was very short and seems to always be rushing on annual visits. After he left no one ever came back in to confirm if prescriptions and referrals were put in and closed/dismissed the appointment. Very unprofessional and quality of care is very low. This hasn’t been my experience at all visits, but the low quality of care encounters outweigh the decent ones. I don’t like that for our community, you guys need to do better.

So disappointed in the care both my husband and I received in the ER. After a wrist injury I went to the ER and the doctor on duty that night told me I was being dramatic and just bumped my wrist. I in fact did not just “bump” my wrist it’s broken and now have to see a surgeon. 5 months ago we had to take my husband in after an accident out in the box causing him to have no feeling in his leg and the same doctor who I saw also told him he was fine, gave him some fentanyl and told him to just go home, he’s also not ok and will probably never make a full recovery from the back injury. Quick to dismiss patients and completely ignore the complaints. For someone to have another persons life potentially in their hands you’d think they would at least to pretend to care about your symptoms and what’s wrong. -10/10
