My son and daughter-in-law found this place for me. They toured a few other facilities as well but thought Westmont of Encinitas to be the best fit for me and i agreed with them. I have been here for about 7 months now and i enjoy every minute of it! Residents and staff members are all very friendly and kind. The food here is very good with a lot of choices on the menu.
Those of you who are looking for a retirement community, do consider Westmont of Encinitas.
I think you will not regret it.

My Mom and I recently toured Westmont of Encinitas. Before touring, I had an opportunity to talk with Kitty Castillo several times on the phone. She was consistently kind and fun to talk with, but more importantly, she is extremely knowledgeable about retirement communities. She was very generous with her time and shared her knowledge and answered all of our questions. The tour itself was very pleasant. The facility is clean, cheerful, tastefully decorated and feels like an upscale hotel. The apartments are also very comfortable and attractive. We toured several places, but Westmont of Encinitas really stood out to us.

My three kids and I spent several months evaluating and visiting Long Term Care facilities for our Wife/Mom. The last place we visited - Westmont Of Encinitas - we all agreed was the best.
The friendly vibe and the upbeat decor were unique. Her six months of occupancy at Westmont have confirmed our first impressions. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful - a tribute to their dedication as well as management’s personnel selection, training and supervision. The occupants are friendly and welcoming to new residents - which provides the desired inclusion of new residents. The facility and the staff are all first-rate. We feel our selection of Westmont of Encinitas was indeed the best possible choice and would recommend anyone needing Long Term Care should include this on their final selection and evaluation list.

Silver Linings Transitions loves assisting clients with their moves into Westmont. The community is beautiful and Sandra and Donelle make an amazing team. I’ve also eaten many meals and even hosted an event. Their food is delicious!!

We worked with Sandy Montgomery and the staff at WE for a few months as we evaluated different options for senior residences. We have a big family with lots of views and perspectives but our mother is well into her 90’s it was time. Westmont Encinitas was a real good choice for us for several important reasons, it has a very professional and friendly staff, and very nice amenities and quality of life….and 2 months into this journey we are happy with the choice we made.

My experience with Westmont do Encinitas has been nothing but positive. The Directors there care so much about the residents and are always available to discuss any issues or concerns from staff, residents, families or outside partners. The entire staff collaborates to make it the best experience for all those who live and visit there. One of the most important things I have noticed is that there is always residents hanging about and socializing. There is a great feeling and spirit when you go there to see everyone out of their rooms and enjoying the community and the activities it has to offer.

We recently moved my father in law into Westmont Encinitas under some urgency. They held our hand to make the transition go smoothly as this is our first experience with elder care. Everyone has been caring, helpful, and have tried to make it a good experience for all of us. The residents as well take pride welcoming new members to their community. And shout out to the PT crew who have been getting him on a bike to try to get back some mobility! These times are difficult for the whole family and Westmont has been supportive of us all.
